We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.

Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. One dog is welcome for an additional fee of $75 per week. All dogs must be approved prior to check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals, for which no fees apply.
Security Cameras: Exterior cameras are installed facing the entrances of the property. These cameras are for security purposes only and do not monitor any interior or private spaces.
Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
We requests guests to close the front window shades in the afternoon, as it will help keep the heat out as the front of the house will have direct sun until the sun goes down behind the mountains and to close them at night during winter months to keep the cold out. Please do not open any of the front of the house windows, if you are wanting to cross breeze, please open basement patio door, close screen door and use the whole house fan in the upstairs hall to allow cool air when it is cooler outside, or enjoy the AC.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
