This open-concept retreat features cathedral ceilings, large windows, a chef’s kitchen, and A/C. The home sleeps six with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Enjoy three separate decks, a large dock, BBQ, fire table, fire pit, kayak, and canoe. This private retreat is the perfect place to experience the beauty of the Thousand Islands.

The spacious open-concept main floor features cathedral ceilings, large windows overlooking the water, and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances. Two cozy fireplaces create a warm atmosphere year-round, while air conditioning keeps things comfortable in the summer.

The home comfortably sleeps up to six guests and includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The principal suite features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and a walkout to a deck overlooking the water—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets.

Outdoor living is at the heart of the experience. Enjoy a 30 foot long brand new dock (with power), and three separate decks with lounge seating, dining tables, BBQ, and a propane fire table. Guests are welcome to explore the water using their own boat or the provided kayak and canoe, complete with paddles and life jackets. The home is close to iconic destinations such as Boldt Castle, live theatre at the Thousand Islands Playhouse, and scenic granite islands with hiking trails to explore. Thirty-seven km of paved cycling path is at your doorstep, skirting the shoreline's coves and bays on the waterfront. Nature lover? Enjoy the swans with their signets and the call of the loons.

Inside, there are multiple living areas, a formal dining room, a kitchen on each level, wifi, two TV's, and a games cupboard. In-home laundry adds convenience for longer stays.

Free parking is available for up to three vehicles plus a boat trailer. There are two public boat launches nearby, if needed. Golf, boat tours, and restaurants all nearby.
