The living area is centred around a generous lounge and TV, offering a comfortable place to unwind after a day exploring. Just beyond, the balcony is ideal for alfresco dining, morning coffee, or evening drinks as the sea breeze rolls in.



The kitchen blends functionality with style, centred around a generous island with bar seating that invites conversation while cooking, alongside quality appliances including an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine. Just beyond, the dining area offers a warm and welcoming setting to linger over meals.



Both bedrooms are designed as restful retreats. The primary bedroom features a king bed, its own TV, and a walk-in wardrobe leading to an ensuite, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed positioned near the main bathroom. Bathrooms include walk-in showers and complimentary toiletries, with an additional separate toilet for convenience. A compact laundry with a washer, dryer, and sink is tucked just off the kitchen for added practicality.



Stay comfortable year-round with split system air conditioning and heating in the living area and both bedrooms, complemented by ceiling fans. Airport: 12 minutes by car from Cairns Airport.
