The home offers spacious and thoughtfully designed interiors, with multiple areas to relax, unwind, and connect. Guests can enjoy comfortable bedrooms, inviting living spaces, and a well-equipped kitchen perfect for shared meals. Large windows and an open layout bring in natural light and showcase the surrounding greenery.

A private balcony provides a peaceful outdoor space to enjoy the fresh mountain air and rainforest views. Whether you’re spending time together in the common areas or retreating to your own space, the home is designed to offer both comfort and flexibility for a relaxing stay.

The property is fully fenced and privately separated from The Rainforest Cabin, giving guests exclusive access to their own space and complete privacy during their stay.

I am always available and easily contactable via the app or mobile should you need anything. You’ll have the entire home to yourselves - this space is set up exclusively for guests to relax and enjoy in complete privacy.

The property is located in a very quiet residential neighbourhood, and we kindly ask that guests respect the calm surroundings at all times, including observing quiet hours and keeping noise to a minimum, especially in outdoor areas.

Please note: The property also includes The Rainforest Cabin, a separate private accommodation located towards the rear of the acreage. The cabin has its own dedicated driveway and private access, and is thoughtfully positioned away from The Woodland Residence. The layout of the property has been carefully considered to provide privacy and separation between both spaces. Guests staying at The Woodland Residence will enjoy exclusive use of the main house and its private outdoor areas. As both accommodations have independent access, you may occasionally see guests or vehicles accessing The Rainforest Cabin via their separate driveway.

This is not a party house, and we have strict house rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. This home is best suited for guests looking to relax, unwind, and enjoy a tranquil getaway.

A security camera is located at the front entrance (integrated with the smart lock) for guest safety and property protection. Two additional exterior cameras monitor the second driveway and the side utility area. All cameras are outdoors only and do not monitor indoor or private outdoor areas.

* Quiet hours 9pm–7am (please respect neighbours and the peaceful setting). A noise monitoring device is in place (non-recording) to ensure compliance with quiet hours and house rules.
* No smoking or vaping inside the property or on the balcony.
* No pets unless pre-approved.
* No illegal activity.
* Please treat the home and furnishings with care at all times.
* No unapproved late check-outs.
* Please keep noise low when arriving and departing.

Breaches of house rules may result in additional charges via Resolution Centre.
