Boutique Accommodation for Couples - Two couples. Two levels. One escape!

Nestled in the heart of Tamborine Mountain, Little Bank House is a beautifully styled two-bedroom apartment just a short stroll from almost everything local. Offering all the creature comforts you’d expect from 5-star accommodation, it’s the perfect space for a relaxing getaway.

If you'd like a night in, the well-equipped kitchen has plenty of space to prepare a meal. The cosy living area opens onto a spacious covered deck, where you can unwind while taking in the tranquil views of trees and gardens.

Little Bank House is thoughtfully set up so that each couple enjoys their own private level, Upstairs, a queen size bed is paired with a spacious bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area with smart TV that opens onto the garden-view balcony.
Downstairs, the second bedroom with a queen sized bed has its own private bathroom & lounge area. There is a cosy day bed, smart TV, bar fridge & kettle so guests can make their own tea or coffee in the morning & keep drinks & snacks cold. The laundry is also downstairs, with washing machine & dryer. Ideal for two couples travelling together while still enjoying their own space.

As long term locals, we love the mountain’s quiet, safe and friendly atmosphere - and we know you will too. From rainforest walks and breathtaking waterfalls to cool cafés, top-rated restaurants, wineries and distilleries, there’s plenty to explore. Popular ‘Gallery Walk’ with its unique shops is just a short drive away.

Little Bank House is located on Main Street of Tamborine Mountain (the heart of our community) allowing you to walk to numerous coffee shops, restaurants, bookshop/art gallery, the village greengrocer, bakery and much more. The local IGA is only a short drive or brisk walk away for supplies.

Very convenient location but quite noisy due to the hardware shop next door. The shower has no door so water goes everywhere and the exhaust fan doesn’t seem to work so the bathroom steamed up badly in no time even with the window wide open. The lack of flyscreen on the porch was really disappointing because the mosquitoes meant we had to leave it closed the whole time. Was nice and clean.

Cant wait to stay again!

Absolutely the best place to stay and Jane the owner is the most lovely person. I forgot my dresses in the cupboard and she mailed them to me the next day with no worries. The place is beautiful, well maintained and within walking distance to cafes and restaurants, and just a short drive to all that mount tamborine has to offer such as winerys, nature reserves and boutique shops. We hope to stay there again soon. 😍

Warm, cosy winter escape

Restful short break with my husband in this immaculately maintained property. Well-appointed apartment in a very quiet area of Mt Tamborine within walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Perfect mountain apartment

Apartment looks exactly as pictured. Great set up and perfect location for our weekend away with wineries and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend and will book again.

Solstice stay

When we first walked into this apartment we were totally blown away by how perfect it was. It was new and clean and private and fully stocked with everything we needed. So close to all the amenities of this beautiful town and the managers were very pleasant to deal with. We could have stayed indefinitely and been extememtly happy. I couldn’t recommend this place and these managers highly enough. You will love it here. Thankyou Jane and Ed ... this place was the highlight of all the places we chose on our solstice stay getaway!
