The Space:

Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area forms the heart of the home, complete with a walk-in pantry, polished concrete floors, and seamless flow to both east and west-facing verandas. Whether it’s a long summer lunch, a quiet morning coffee, or evenings gathered around the fire, there’s space to unwind throughout the day. The master suite with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite sits on this level, alongside a second double bedroom and guest bathroom.



Downstairs offers a second living area and three additional bedrooms, creating flexibility for larger groups, extended families, or guests wanting their own space. Step outside to discover even more room to relax, including a spa pool, outdoor shower, and private outdoor entertaining areas surrounded by native greenery.



Adding to the holiday feel, the double garage has been transformed into a games room featuring a pool table, table tennis, and arcade games - perfect for keeping both kids and adults entertained after a day at the beach.

Other Things to Note:

The hot tub is located out at the back, and it needs to be turned on by the owners.

We always try to accommodate early check-ins and will send you a message on the day as soon as the property is ready. We provide all linen and bath towels. If you require beach towels, please bring your own, or we can arrange hire with advance notice. Baby items including portacots are available to hire too.
