Perfect for soaking up the island breeze. Centrally located, you’re just steps from world-class beaches, dining, shopping & entertainment—ideal for both relaxing escapes and unforgettable Hawaiian adventures
The beach is about a 10 minute walk away. Everything else in Waikiki, including shops and restaurants, is within walking distance as you explore the area. Relax and enjoy outdoor dining on your own private balcony.
Pool:
As part of our continuing efforts for safety and property improvements,
the AOAO Maintenance Department and a contractor will perform our
Annual Preventative Maintenance, Cleaning, and Repairs to our 6th
floor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, & Pool Deck areas with closing starting
on Sunday, November 8th @ 9:00 p.m. and upon completion, we will
re-open on Monday, November 16th @ 7:00 a.m. (weather permitting).

- We provide small Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash,2 toilet paper, 1 kitchen paper. no clean supplies

Gym:
For guests to use the gym, it is $10, cash only at the front desk. It's a one-time payment to use the gym for the entire duration of their stay. When you have a check in, building front desk will give them a yellow fob, and this yellow fob will give them access to the building and the amenities areas, including the Pool.
Room:
- For saving energy, please turn off all lights and A/C when leaving your unit.
- Please keep all areas clean to help control the pests in the building.
- Please keep the kitchen area clear of food and dirty dishes. Housekeepers are not responsible to clean the kitchen, so please help us by keeping the kitchen area clean.
- Please do not move any furniture in your unit. We have had extensive carpet damage due to rearrangement.
- To prevent the use of the mailbox for illegal purpose, you cannot receive any mails.
Penalty
- Damage to Room, Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment: we will charge the cost of repairs and/or replacement.
- Damage and dirty to floor: $150
- Clogged the drain: $150
- Lost Room Keys: $200
-Smoking: $2,000
- No party: $2,000
- Unregistered Guests: $300 per person
