AMENITIES: At ‘South,’ resort-style pools include adults-only Cabana Pool with infinity edge, hammocks, and views of South Town Lake; the Splish Splash Family Pool with splash pad; intimate Neighborly Square Pool; and Glow Pool & Fitness Center. Convenient Coastline Grill within the Family Pool offers casual poolside drinks and a family-friendly menu. Parks beckon with green space and playscapes, while multiple lakes are dotted with piers and fishing pavilions. Visit the new Seascape Sport Courts for pickle ball and basket ball. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: more pools, lakes, yard games, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.

KITCHEN: A beautiful custom modern coastal kitchen featuring a spacious island with bar seating, premium finishes, and stylish pendant lighting that creates the perfect setting for gathering and entertaining. The open layout flows seamlessly into the dining area, making it ideal for hosting and enjoying time together.

Equipped with premium Bosch appliances, the kitchen is thoughtfully designed with larger groups in mind. Two separate sink stations, dual dishwashers, and a spacious pantry. All of this to provide exceptional convenience and functionality while on vacation.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: Hang Tan was intentionally designed for both comfort and convenience, Hang Tan accommodates up to 14 guests with a versatile mix of private suites and family-friendly sleeping spaces. A king and queen suite are designed as restful retreats, each featuring smart TVs to elevate downtime entertainment and well-planned storage spaces so guests can comfortably unpack and feel at home throughout their stay. Two custom bunk rooms with twin-over-twin bunks offer a playful, welcoming setup for kids, cousins, and friends, creating a space of their own while still staying connected to the group. Blending modern coastal style with everyday functionality, each bedroom is intentionally crafted to balance privacy, relaxation, and a true home-away-from-home experience after full days at Cinnamon Shore.

GREAT FEATURES: The second-floor living area features a Sonos soundbar, delivering rich, high-quality audio for movies, music, and everyday enjoyment. Two additional Sonos speakers are placed throughout the home and can be moved as needed, allowing for seamless sound from space to space. Beach towels are provided for guest convenience, making beach days simple and effortless. Dual washers and dryers provide added convenience, making it easy to keep up with laundry for larger groups and extended stays. The serene second-floor balcony offers a relaxed outdoor setting with a large dining table and grill, perfect for easy meals and evening gatherings.
