The property is located close to town, however it is situated in a derelict neighborhood. There are multiple gutted vehicles with windows broken out across the street not far from the house and run down homes. The downstairs bedroom had no side tables, lamps or outlets to charge cell phones. The Red Awning entry codes came much later than any other property where we stayed. When the WiFi log in codes came they were incorrect and finally were addressed by a hit and miss process via texting. The cellular coverage at this property is poor. The property owner was quite responsive in solving most of these issues.
