気になった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
Our stay started with a serious access issue. We entered successfully at check-in using the provided code, but the lock later malfunctioned and we were unable to re-enter the property. Reaching the owner took considerable time, and when we finally connected, the suggested workarounds for getting back in were impractical and not a real solution. My father was alone on-site trying to troubleshoot a defective lock on his own — well beyond what a guest should have to manage. We were locked out for several hours before regaining access.Basic essentials were also missing: the property wasn’t stocked with items like toilet paper, so we had to go out and buy basic supplies ourselves.Finally, we requested a two-hour late checkout due to a family member being unwell, which was denied. The turnover crew arrived at the door at 11:02am — creating an uncomfortable and rushed departure.Given the access failure alone, I can’t recommend this property. Basic reliability (a working lock), responsiveness, and flexibility were all lacking.
