From the moment you step inside, you are welcomed by two separate living areas on either side of the entryway, ideal for spreading out and relaxing. The first bathroom is conveniently located just off the utility room on this level.

Upstairs, the home opens into a bright and airy second floor, where an open concept kitchen and dining area create a natural gathering space for meals and connection. An additional living area on this level provides even more room to unwind and offers direct access to the deck, where you can take in the surrounding views. The three bedrooms are also located on this floor, along with a second full bathroom, offering both comfort and convenience for your group.
