This architecturally inspired building is ideally situated between Albert Park Lake and the Botanical Gardens precinct, making it the perfect location for any visit to Melbourne. Trams along St Kilda Road provide quick access to the city center in just 15 minutes, and the lively restaurants and cafes of St Kilda are only a few tram stops away or a short walk.
The Space:
This beautiful apartment is stylishly finished with all modern comforts, featuring two bedrooms (with a queen bed in the main bedroom and a double bed in the second one) and entertainers balcony. There is a split system A/C in the living room.
If you are visiting Melbourne by car, the apartment has a secure undercover car space accessible 24 hours a day.

Parking spot size: length 5m, width 2.5m
IMPORTANT: All guests who wish to attend the gym must complete an induction form. You would need to see the building manager who is only onsite between 9am-3pm (Mon-Fri) to complete induction.
The Neighborhood:
The best part of the area is that it is so central. Whether you are visiting the Melbourne Grand Prix, the city, the MCG, St Kilda or even Chapel St Prahran, everything is literally only moments away with the most connected public transport in the city.
Getting Around:
The tram is typically the most convenient and user-friendly way to reach your destination, or you can easily walk to most places from here. Trams run every 5 minutes directly outside the apartment building, providing easy access to the city and surrounding areas.
Other Things to Note:
1. PLEASE NOTE: There is a new building undergoing construction in the block across the road. On many days, there will be no activity that you may hear. On other weekdays, and only during waking hours and never in the evenings, you may hear construction noise if you leave the balcony doors or windows open. There is minimal discernible noise when indoors with the doors and windows closed. Thanks for your understanding.
2. Any amenities included in this building will be managed by building management and are outside our control. Very rarely due to either urgent maintenance or other unforeseen factors, the amenities area can be closed. In the very unlikely event that a closure happens, we can take no responsibility for this. Please take this into consideration when making your booking.
