The heart of the home is the open-plan living area, complete with a cozy indoor wood fireplace, perfect for creating a wonderful ambiance during winter evenings. This together with a large heatpump in lounge and electric heaters in all bedrooms ensure you will have a very comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare delicious meals, with all the necessary appliances and cookware provided. Step outside onto the patio or balcony to enjoy the fresh mountain air and stunning views. For outdoor gatherings, there's a BBQ grill available. Additional amenities include free parking, a garden, and high-speed internet. The cottage is a single-level home, making it easily accessible for all guests. The quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM, ensuring a peaceful stay for all.
Guest Access:
You will have complete access to house, garden and carport. The oudoor summer house/office is not for guest use.

Getting around from our Central Arrowtown Cottage is a breeze! You'll find free parking right on the premises, making it easy to explore the area by car. For those arriving by air, Queenstown Airport (ZQN) is approximately a 15-minute drive away. While Arrowtown is a charming village best explored on foot or by bike, public transport options are available. Local buses connect Arrowtown to Queenstown, providing access to a wider range of attractions and activities. The bus stop is within walking distance. Taxis and ride-sharing services are also readily available for convenient transportation. Enjoy the freedom to discover the beauty of the region from our perfectly positioned cottage.

Property Protection Options
We take care of our properties so you can enjoy a comfortable stay. To cover the risk of accidental damage, every guest must choose one of the following before arrival:
Damage Waiver – NZ$45 (non-refundable)
A simple one-time fee that covers accidental damage up to NZ$250. No card hold is placed.
Security Deposit – NZ$250 (fully refundable)
A temporary hold is placed on your card. It is released within a few days after checkout, provided there is no damage or missing items.
You will be able to select your preferred option easily after booking. The majority of guests choose the NZ$45 damage waiver for simplicity.
This requirement applies to all bookings and is collected securely off-platform in line with Airbnb’s rules for software-connected hosts.
