Overlooking the majestic Yacht Club Villa pool, Villa 2 offers pure island escape, in a very tranquil and laid-back setting. Bright and light-filled, it includes state-of-the-art appliances throughout, ducted air-conditioning, and striking furniture and designer interiors.

What makes this home special?
Location.
The Yacht Club Villa complex occupies a superb location at the end of Front Street, behind the iconic Hamilton Island Yacht Club. Villa 2 is in the first row of the villas, and has a large patio which opens onto a vibrant grassed area.

Views.
Villa 2 offers magnificent views of the waterfront lagoon pool, as well as the Hamilton Island Yacht Club and the turquoise waters of Dent Passage. A large, comfortable living area flows directly onto the waterfront reserve and provides easy access to the shared lagoon pool.

Australian Design.
Designed by renowned architect Walter Barda, this villa maximises the spectacular view. Large louvered windows allow plenty of air and light to flow through the open spaces. It also includes stunning contemporary interiors.

Arrival Service.
As a guest of the Yacht Club Villas, you will be met at the Airport on arrival, with assistance provided to collect your buggy at the airport and delivery of your luggage. Upon arrival to your Villa you will also receive a complimentary welcome hamper.

High-end interiors.
Enjoy a state-of-the art gourmet kitchen with Miele appliances, Nespresso coffee machine (a starter pack of 10 pods are supplied, once these are used you will need to purchase a Nespresso compatible brand from the local IGA or please remember to bring your favourite pods), a separate laundry (also with Miele appliances), fully ducted air-conditioning and a quality sound system. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also included.

Pool and gardens.
This villa overlooks beautifully landscaped gardens with sprawling lawns that open to a large, shared lagoon pool.

Bedrooms.
There are four bedrooms in Villa 2. The master suite, located on the top floor, includes a private balcony and exquisite furnishings. There are then two additional rooms with queen beds, and a fourth bedroom with a king bed that can be made into two singles upon request.

If the mere thought of prepping, planning and packing all the things your baby might possibly need while you’re away makes your head hurt, Hamilton Island has just the thing to help you travel light. With a selection of free of charge By Request items that can be ordered in advance and in your Yacht Club Villa on your arrival, we can help make your stay as relaxing as possible, saving the extra worry when packing for your holiday.

Buggy.
This property includes 1x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
For your entire stay, children up to 12 years can eat free in participating restaurants when dining with their parents and choosing from the kids’ menu.

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.

Where and how to collect your buggy
A 4-seater buggy is included with every Hamilton Island Holiday Home.

You can collect your buggy at the airport on arrival. You will be given an overview of the rules and regulations, and demonstration of the relevant safety issues. A condition report will also be performed. You will then need to sign a registration form and provide a credit card for security (with a nominal charge of $1) before you get the key. All buggies require drivers to have a current full driver’s licence. Don’t forget to ask about insurance options. Passengers four years of age and under are required to be restrained in an approved child seat or capsule, extra charge applies.
As a guest of this property of Hamilton Island Holiday Homes, you will be met at the Airport on arrival, with assistance provided to collect your buggy at the airport and delivery of your luggage. If you are arriving prior to 2pm, we suggest packing a change of clothes/bathers in your hand luggage so that you can start your holiday straight away.
