Beautiful Vacation Home in Champion (Seven Springs)

Beautifully modern farmhouse located in Champion, PA, only minutes from 7 Springs. Renovated and professionally decorated from top to bottom. This home features 3 bedrooms (master with a king, second has a queen, and third bedroom being separate guest suite with queen bed and queen pull out), kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, cozy fireplace, A/C, and a spacious deck. The home is set on two private acres surrounded by woods and a stream that runs through the back yard. Only a short drive to the resort.

The space:
Super cozy modern farmhouse, that gives you best that the Laurel Highlands has to offer. The house is on two acres of private secluded grounds that is all yours to use. Includes streaming services on all four TV's. Also, a new xbox gaming console for rainy days with the family. There is a separate private guest suite behind the garage with a brand new TV, with A/C and heat. Stainless steel propane grill on back deck with a propane outdoor fireplace. The back patio equipped with a new pergola, and a outdoor bluetooth speaker great for entertaining.

Entire home and property access, huge private parking for all cars.

Very convenient for ski resorts

It was a very clean and nice house, 15 min to seven springs or hidden valley. Only thing that would have been nice to know is third bedroom is not in main house. We would stay there again

Great weekend away!

Had a wonderful weekend getaway for skiing and snowboarding for our family of four. Check in process was seamless, home was beautifully furnished, modern and extremely clean. The property sits on a very quiet road and only a short drive to Seven Springs and Hidden Valley. Host was very responsive. With a small family we didn't need the third bedroom, but as others have stated, be aware that it is detached from the main home. Overall a wonderful stay!

Lovely home

The home was cozy, yet spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The location was fairly convenient to Seven Springs. I didn’t realize from the description that the third bedroom was separate from the main house and doesn’t have access to a bathroom. Overall, it was a peaceful, quiet stay. I’d definitely come again.

Hidden Gem!

We loved this house! We spent a long weekend here getting ready for our wedding. It’s tucked away off of a back ground. Close to everything yet still private. The front and back porch are very charming. I wish we had spent more time sitting out and enjoying the back deck during our stay.

Wedding weekend

We stayed at this beautiful home the weekend that our son got married at the Laurel Hideaway. It was roomy, updated, clean and a perfect distance from the destination.

All the Comforts of Home

Fantastic place to stay while visiting Seven Springs. So glad we chose to stay here as opposed to getting nearby hotel rooms. Ample space and the full kitchen came in handy, as many nearby restaurants close early on Sunday or are not open on Monday. Would love to return.

Beautiful Property

We stayed here for 3 days the home and property are beautiful. Joshua was extremely quick in replying to any questions we had. The home is very cozy with lots of thoughtful items in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Relaxing and beautiful

Beautiful home and beautiful property! Super relaxing! The air conditioning is amazing on the main floor, it does not work as well upstairs but the provided fans make it very comfortable.

Beautiful House

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. The house is updated, beautifully decorated, and well cared for. I highly recommend it, especially if you want to be near seven springs resort. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. We hope to be back!

I’d buy the place if I could.

Great little house with excellent finishes. Deck and yard are awesome to hang out on all day. The offsuite is small but nice that it has a pull out and Murphy bed in there to add a couple extra guests. Nicest place I’ve stayed at in a long time.

Fantastic Property!

This is the second time we've stayed at this house and I can say without a doubt that we will stay here for every future trip to the area as well. We've stayed at many properties all around the country, and The Sister House is one of the best we have ever seen. Joshua is an awesome host as well. Always there when we need him, and very responsive to questions.

Comfortable , well equipped and maintained house

A very enjoyable Thanksgiving break at Joshua's house: it is in immaculate condition, very clean, and Josh is super-responsive. Our teenage daughters loved that they had their own little cabin-style room outside the main house. Recommended.

It was great!!

The house was very comfortable, modern and tastefully decorated. We spent three glorious days biking and hiking. Would recommend this house. Joshua was so available when the HVAC needed tending to. He was always just a text message away.

Fun ski trip

Clean and cozy. Had a great time skiing/snowboarding. Close to seven springs. Had a hiccup with the door being jammed but Josh was responsive and we had a quick solution. Wish the addition had a bathroom but it was close enough and my husband was happy to sleep away from our early bird kids and sleep in for once.

Sister House - Updated Rental

The Sister House was a wonderful location to explore Fallingwater, Polymath Park, Kentuck Knob, and Ohiopyle. The house was clean and had the amenities that we needed for our long weekend stay. The rental listing accurately depicts the house. We enjoyed time using the deck. We had an issue during our stay that the owner resolved. Owner's communication was great. The Sister House was a great rental for our weekend with friends.

Enjoyed our stay

Very nice home, just as advertised. You can tell everything was recently updated, furniture and furnishings. Kitchen stocked with everything you need. Fun to walk around and explore the property. We ended up spending time at Ohiopyle, Ligonier, and Laurel Hills state park, and this location was equidistant to all three, about 20 min, so that nice. Also there are all the essentials in Donegal, so it was a good home base. Kids enjoyed the lights and sound being Alexa ready! Joshua was very responsive at check in and check out!

Nice place for a get away

The house was lovely. I missed a reference to the 3rd bathroom as being attached to garage and having to go outside to get to it. It would not have been a big deal except there was snow and ice on walkway and stairs so it made it a little difficult going back and forth. Other than that we did have a lovely stay.

Beautiful House!

We stayed in Pennsylvania for our niece’s wedding this past weekend. This house was so beautiful, clean, spacious, and suited our needs perfectly! It had all the amenities: coffee maker, well appointed kitchen, beautiful bathrooms and bedrooms and a washer and dryer-very useful for the baby. Joshua was super helpful-we had a little problem with the front door lock sticking but it was resolved immediately. We highly recommend this house and we’d definitely stay here against!

Joshua was born and raised near Pleasant Hills, PA. Until 2016, he lives and works in Pittsburgh, PA. Today, though he still travels to visit family in Seven Springs and enjoys the tranquility and activities the area has to offer.

The Sister house, is such a peaceful and accommodating house on 2 acres of private secluded land that you have access to. The house gives you a rustic farmhouse feel with a great touch of modern to accent the charm. It truely is so peacefull it makes it hard to leave. All you truely need to pack is a bag, your vacation is turn key at the door. The location in the area is so close to many popular amenities. The back deck gathered around family and friends having your morning cup of coffee is the best. Also, enjoying family and friends in the beautiful remodeled kitchen. The back patio was just done this year, with all brand new outdoor furinture and a cozy floating tempur-pedicday bed.

Off the beat and path, but so close to all popular attractions of the area, espically Seven Springs Mountain Resort. The backyard has an awesome stream through it, the off suite third bedroom is peaceful for a mid-day nap or for children to hang out in, as there is also a game system and TV in there as well.
