The house is kept COLD so when we arrived, we sat around in coats for 2 hours waiting for the house to warm up.
The stairs were covered in ice, absolutely treacherous, and hadn't been touched in weeks. My 77 year old mother was terrified of falling because she has a lot of hardware in her back. The owner said it wasn't his problem, the HOA was supposed to remove ice and snow.
The house was clean and the furniture was in good condition but the beds were WAY beyond worn out, One bed had at least 2" difference from one side of the mattress to the other, one had a broken box spring, and the rest were Motel 6 leftovers. A 2" foam pad does not make a mattress new again.
After two of my family couldn't get a decent night's sleep even after switching beds, we left a day early. If the owner does not replace the beds in this house, I would keep looking because after a long day of skiing, a lumpy, leaning bed is a HUGE disappointment.
