We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is very cute, comfortable, and located in a beautiful area. It had everything we needed and overall we were very happy with our experience.That being said, the property could use a little more love and some minor upgrades. The couches had a few stains, some knobs were missing, the toilet seat was broken (which I ended up fixing), and a few of the picture frames were starting to fall apart.None of these things ruined our stay, and we genuinely liked the property and would have no problem staying here again. With a little attention to some of the small details and a few updates, this place could be even better. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the location and charm of the property.

Nice neighborhood that is close to Jarvis bay provical park. This provides excellent walking trails,and access to the lake which is just a shortwalk from property. The main town of Sylvan lake is still quite close by , but far enough to provide a nice quite family space.

Great guest house for our family vacation to Sylvan. Had everything we needed for our stay. I misunderstood and thought there was 2 bathrooms but its 2 showers in 1 bathroom. We couldn't figure out how to get to the lake from the house but we just went into Sylvan. It was great that we could bring our dog and it was fenced. There is a low spot in the fence so if your dog can jump or is a bit bigger, be aware. The host was great with communication up to and during our stay.

This property is in an amazing clean, safe community. We felt at home and was a great stay for us. It’s close to all the amenities and would definitely stay again.
