This is a great location for family and friends to stay when visiting Sylvan Lake. It is not lake front but you can access the water with a short walk. The property is spacious and well kept. There was plenty of room to park if you have a boat to store overnight.

The property is well equiped for fun things to do. The firepit, trampoline, air hockey, foose ball, and threatre were excellent. The grounds are well maintained. Some suggestions for improvement: upgrade all the mattresses, more wine glasses-plastic and glass, more plastic regular glasses to take outside, and more dishes. Overall, it is a very nice property.

Sylvan Lake Treasure

We absolutely lived our stay at this beautiful house. It had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The house was very functional and the yard was exceptional. We will definitely try and stay here again.

Great for families

Beautiful home, perfect for six adults and 3 kids, under 6. Nice big yard for play, and the theatre room was a big hit with the little ones. Very quiet location. Only a short drive to the main beach and Sylvan restaurants.

Great vrbo in Sylvan Lake

Property was very nice. Lots for the little ones to do. They had a lot of fun with the trampoline, play set, the indoor games and the hiking trails looking for painted stones Very central for the wedding we attended The house had everything we needed for our stay.

Spacious Home Perfect for Large Families

We had a fantastic stay with our group of six adults and four teenagers. The property had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, and the layout worked really well for a large group.A couple of small things could make it even better: a larger coffee maker would be a huge plus, as our seven coffee drinkers needed several rounds in the morning. In the smaller downstairs bedrooms, a nightstand or small bedside lamp would add convenience, and eventually upgrading to a queen-size bed would make those rooms more comfortable for couples.Overall, we loved our time here and would happily recommend it to other families or groups looking for a comfortable and roomy getaway.

Great stay!

We went for a hockey tournament. The house was perfect for our two families. There was more than enough space and the media room for the boys to retreat to was fantastic! We were so grateful to find this place. The hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. Wonderful!

Great Stay

This house was exactly what we needed for our larger group. The kitchen is excellently stocked. The house is beautiful. The backyard is stunning. Very cool movie room and games room in the basement. We would definitely return.

Spectacular Home.

This home has it all. Beautiful property outside and plenty of room inside. This home is well kept and offers everything you need for a family stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and nicely furnished. The host is available to any needs and questions you might have. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we would definitely return. This home is a gem.

Beautiful Home

The house was beautiful and had lots of activities for the kids to do. I do recommend the place and I would stay there again but the description is misleading. The house only has 4 bedrooms NOT 5. The fifth room is not legally allowed to be called a bedroom, there is no window and it has glass doors and only fits an air mattress. The house is not close to the beach. We walked everywhere and could not access the beach, neighbors told us its at least a 15 minute walk to get to. We drove to the main beach in town instead. Both neighbors beside the house have 2 large dogs that bark constantly! We had to use ear plugs for sleeping. Otherwise, the house was perfect. It had everything you could need and more.

Amazing Property

This property more than met our expectations. It was clean, well maintained, and even nicer than the pictures and description. The amenities were top quality, and the kitchen had every appliance and tool required. The deck was exceptional with a gorgeous fire table, and a full size BBQ. The yard had a fit pit, trampoline, and swing set. The beds were comfortable, and the theatre room provided enjoyment for the whole extended family. This was one of the best holidays our family has ever had. There was accommodations for 3 generations to thoroughly enjoy themselves.

Highly recommend

Fantastic property!! So much space and fun things to do… our teenagers and young adults loved the theatre room, foosball and air hockey table. Great outdoor space to put up a volleyball net and enjoy the yard and fire pit. I would definitely rent this property again. We had a few minor things pop up and the owner Craig was extremely attentive to make things right. Five star all the way ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Highly recommended home in Sylvan Lake area

From the moment we booked this property, we had a great experience! Craig was prompt at answering all of our questions prior to arriving, and also during our stay. The home was everything we needed and more. Lots of space for our family of 8, and the play area was absolutely perfect for our little ones. The number and variety of kitchen utensils, pots and pans, and dishes left us wanting for nothing! We've stayed in many vacation homes and this was one of the best. Nice theatre room! The neighbourhood was so quiet. We were able to bike into Sylvan Lake for morning coffees and a walk on the beach. I have no negative comments at all. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home - it made our holiday so relaxing and special! Cathy J

Fabulous place to stay with tons of room

We loved this property. The house was extremely clean and spacious. A full kitchen upstairs that easily fits 4-5 people when cooking a meal and a full bar downstairs with another full size fridge. The bedrooms are so spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. Three full bathrooms and the master bathroom is amazing , the shower and whirlpool bathtub. There are TVs in almost every room. There is a big theatre room with comfortable seating. The house fit our family and was amazing. The deck was really nice with 2 separate areas for visiting. OMG the backyard is so nice. The fire pit area with all the chairs, the swing set and trampoline for kids. We brought our bean bag toss game and set it up and still had plenty of room to set up the disc golf basket and play that as well. So much room. This property was great.

Fantastic property

Great home that you can tell is loved well. All the items you need and very clean, everything in good order. All the bedrooms have queen or double beds, and one has an inflatable bed. the property is well cared for and the yard was great for our little kids. beach is driving distance (we have 3yo who can't walk 30 min) and sylvan beach is also just 7min drive away. we had a great stay.
