A pleasant, comfortable, and bright 2-room apartment with a splendid view of the sea, the marina, and downtown, facing Herel Beach in Granville. All amenities within walking distance.
A beautiful living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen and a balcony facing the sea.

The apartment is located in a charming, quiet small condominium; access to the unit is via a small courtyard and a private staircase.
Private parking.
The town center, restaurants, and all amenities are within walking distance (300 m). Beach directly across the street.

The house was perfect for two adults wanting to stay in Granville or for visiting Normandy. Because we had a sea view we felt more inclined to stay at home during the evening.The house was well placed for visiting the town. It was very clean and modern.

Sehr schöne Tage in Granvile

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist super, die Küche überdurchschnittlich, schöner Blick aufs Meer und gute Lage, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Georges hat uns freundlicherweise vom Bahnhof abgeholt und wieder zurückgebracht!

Appartement spacieux, confortable tres bien équipé. Vue mer, emplacement de stationnement, proche du centre ville et du port â pied. Accueil tres agreable par le propriétaire.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen: Sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeber, super Inneneinrichtung, nahes Zentrum, die Küste aber auch! Wetter - mit Orkanböen - leider schlecht, trotzdem gemütlich!

Excellence

Sublime appartement décoré avec goût, très bien équipé et idéalement situé. La vue sur mer est magnifique, et nous avons apprécié se réveiller chaque matin avec un paysage maritime différent en fonction des marrées et de la météo. Hôte très sympathique, disponible et à l’écoute. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je recommande vivement.

Superbe !

Appartement de grand standing, cuisine très bien équipée et une baie vitrée avec une vue sur mer à vous couper le souffle, on a même aperçu un dauphin ! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants

Tout était parfait, de la qualité et de la beauté du bien offert à la chaleur de l'accueil à l'appartement pourvu d'une vue à couper le souffle et de l'emplacement idéal pour visiter Granville à pied. Everything was perfect! The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped and offers a magnificent view of the sea. The location is perfect and the hots very welcoming.
