Experience Canberra from this newly built and beautifully furnished 2 bedroom apartment. Enjoy views of Lake Burley Griffin, Parliament House and the city skyline, along with access to premium resident amenities including a pool, gym, sauna and wellness facilities.

Perfectly positioned in the heart of Civic, you`ll be within walking distance of Canberra Centre, popular restaurants, cafés, entertainment venues and some of the capital`s most iconic attractions.

BEDROOM
The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed and opens onto a small private balcony, offering a cosy spot to enjoy some fresh air, while the second bedroom offers a double-sized bed, both dressed with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Each room also includes ample wardrobe space for your belongings.

BATHROOM
Thoughtfully appointed for your comfort, each bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. The first bathroom is an ensuite connected to Bedroom 1. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper to get you started. For longer stays, guests may need to top up supplies depending on usage.

KITCHEN
Feel free to make use of the fully equipped kitchen, complete with:
• Fridge/freezer
• Stovetop
• Microwave
• Oven
• Dishwasher
• Crockery and cutlery

A small selection of essentials such as milk, coffee, and tea is provided for your arrival. For longer stays, guests may wish to purchase additional items as needed.

LIVING AREA
The living room offers a 48` LG smart TV for your entertainment. You’re welcome to log into your own Netflix, YouTube, or other streaming accounts during your stay.

LAUNDRY
A Combo washing machine and dryer is available, along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

OUTDOOR & SHARED AMENITIES
- Access to the building’s pool, gym, yoga room, library, common garden, and rooftop.
- The cinema and rooftop gazebo are available to guests via QR code booking at the building’s entry points.
- A bike storage room is also provided for your convenience; bikes and locks must be provided by guests.

Please note that shared facilities are managed by building management and may occasionally be unavailable. We recommend checking any building notices upon arrival for the latest updates.

PARKING
- Two secure designated car spaces.
- Visitor parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Paid parking is also available on Allara Street or at the Commonwealth Pool car park.


Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival, with access codes provided four hours to keep your booking secure.

Only one guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys, as replacement costs apply. Lost keys, or keys left inside the apartment requiring assistance, will incur a minimum charge of $355.

**Check-In & Check-Out**

- Need a little flexibility? Reach out in advance and we`ll do our best to accommodate. Please note that unauthorised late departures incur a $110/hour fee.

**No Smoking | No Pets**
This is a smoke-free and pet-free home throughout. Violations attract a minimum $400 fee plus any additional cleaning costs. Registered service animals are welcome where required by law.

**Leave It as You Found It**
Your cleaning fee covers standard turnover and fresh linen. We simply ask that you leave the space tidy — excessive mess may attract an additional cleaning charge (from $50).

**Registered Guests Only**
Only guests named on the booking may stay. Booking for a team or corporate trip? Just let us know in advance — we`re happy to help.

**No Parties or Events**
This is a quiet residential neighbourhood — please help us respect it. Guest numbers must not exceed those booked, visitors should depart by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply after that time. To maintain the serene ambiance of our accommodation, we enforce a strict no-party rule. A non-negotiable penalty of $2000 will be imposed for any violation, in addition to costs for any damages.

**Families Welcome**
Children are warmly welcome! Please note the property is not child-proofed, so supervision is required at all times.

**Bathroom Matters**
We kindly request our guests to refrain from flushing wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary items. Discarding them in the provided bin would help to prevent blockages in the sewer system, maintaining the pristine condition of the property.
