Beautifully styled with timeless French-inspired elegance, the interiors feature carefully curated furnishings and antique touches reminiscent of a boutique Parisian residence.

Relax on the private balcony or enjoy exclusive access to the heated indoor pool, spa, sauna, and gym. Moments from Canberra`s leading attractions, dining, and shopping precincts.

BEDROOM
The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a double-sized bed, both dressed with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Each room also includes ample wardrobe space for your belongings.

BATHROOM
The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper to get you started. For longer stays, guests may need to top up supplies depending on usage.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped for every moment of your stay, offering everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and convenient experience. It is thoughtfully fitted with a wide range of appliances and kitchenware to support both short and long stays.

We’ve provided a selection of complimentary consumables for your arrival to help you settle in comfortably. For longer stays, guests may wish to purchase additional items as needed.

LIVING AREA
The living room offers a 85` TLC smart TV for your entertainment. You’re welcome to log into your own Netflix, YouTube, or other streaming accounts during your stay.

LAUNDRY
A washing machine and dryer are available, along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

OUTDOOR & SHARED AMENITIES
- Access to the building’s gym, pool, spa, sauna and shared garden/courtyard spaces
- The common facilities, including the gym, pool, sauna, steam room, and spa, are located in Buildings C and D.
- An AirKey/FOB is required to access these amenities.
- A restaurant and café are located in Traders Hall, in the centre of the complex.

Please note that shared facilities are managed by building management and may occasionally be unavailable. We recommend checking any building notices upon arrival for the latest updates.

PARKING
- One secure, allocated parking space is provided.
- Additional free street parking is available nearby.
- Public paid parking is also available at Wilson Car Park, with rates starting from $4 per hour.


Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival, with access codes provided four hours to keep your booking secure.

Only one guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys, as replacement costs apply. Lost keys, or keys left inside the apartment requiring assistance, will incur a minimum charge of $355.

Guest verification is required before your reservation is confirmed (a local council requirement). Simply complete the process within 24 hours of booking — it`s quick and straightforward. Bookings not verified within this window may be automatically cancelled.

**Check-In & Check-Out**

- Need a little flexibility? Reach out in advance and we`ll do our best to accommodate. Please note that unauthorised late departures incur a $110/hour fee.

**No Smoking | No Pets**
This is a smoke-free and pet-free home throughout. Violations attract a minimum $400 fee plus any additional cleaning costs. Registered service animals are welcome where required by law.

**Leave It as You Found It**
Your cleaning fee covers standard turnover and fresh linen. We simply ask that you leave the space tidy — excessive mess may attract an additional cleaning charge (from $50).

**Registered Guests Only**
Only guests named on the booking may stay. Booking for a team or corporate trip? Just let us know in advance — we`re happy to help.

**No Parties or Events**
This is a quiet residential neighbourhood — please help us respect it. Guest numbers must not exceed those booked, visitors should depart by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply after that time. To maintain the serene ambiance of our accommodation, we enforce a strict no-party rule. A non-negotiable penalty of $2000 will be imposed for any violation, in addition to costs for any damages.

**Bathroom Matters**
We kindly request our guests to refrain from flushing wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary items. Discarding them in the provided bin would help to prevent blockages in the sewer system, maintaining the pristine condition of the property.
