The home features four well-appointed bedrooms, including two queen bedrooms and two additional bedrooms with king single beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups. Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed with quality bedding, ceiling fans and ample storage to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.

There are two modern bathrooms, including a private ensuite featuring a bath and shower, providing convenience and comfort for larger groups and families.

The fully equipped kitchen is designed for easy holiday living and includes a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, cookware and pantry essentials. Whether preparing breakfast before the beach or enjoying dinner with family and friends, you'll have everything you need.

Outside, you'll find a large covered patio overlooking the fully fenced backyard, providing plenty of space for children and dogs to play safely. Guests also enjoy access to the Benton Sands Community Pool, a shared communal facility perfect for cooling off on warm days. The property also has an outdoor shower, making it easy to rinse off after visiting the beach.

Additional comforts include central heating and cooling, free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a full laundry with washing machine and dryer, a double garage and parking available for up to six vehicles on the property.

- Fencing: The property is fully fenced (entire garden).
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the entire house.
- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- Whilst the property is pet friendly, due to strata regulations the property can only accommodate 1 dog.
- For your security and safety this property has an active Cctv camera at the front door. They will be on during your stay.

- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
