Lovely getaway

We had a blast staying Hayes. The property was just right for our little family and pooch. It was easily walkable to the beach. We had a great time and would absolutely stay again

Beautiful beach stay

The house had all we needed and close walk to beach and restaurant. Our dog enjoyed the off leash run on the beach. Would definitely return in the future

Great experience!

We had a lovely, relaxing 4 day holiday at Hayes! Our dog loved the large, private backyard. The cottage was clean, well equipped and had everything we needed. Would recommend this cottage and will definitely book again in the futire

Beach house oasis

Overall the beach house was well equipped and perfect location for beaches. We loved spending time on the back porch and our dog enjoyed the backyard. The only improvement I would suggest is to board up the side access to under the house as my dog chased something under there.

Short walk to the beach which was ideal, 30 min drive to Huskisson, close to shops. Perfect location for a short stay and property was well kept

Perfect beach house

Perfect weekend getaway

We loved our weekend here. The house was spotlessly clean and the hosts are very generous with what they provide to ensure a comfortable stay. It's much bigger than it appears from the outside. Plenty of room for a couple of families to share, but also nice and cosy for smaller groups.The location is great, just a short walk from the beach.

Beautiful location, quiet and relaxing

We love visiting Callala Beach and Hayes Beach House was perfect for our family and fur babies. Home is well equipped and very comfortable, the yard is private and great for pets. We will definitely recommend this home and will be back soon.

Wonderful pet friendly coast house

Title: Very uncomfortable stay due to aggressive neighbour behaviour ans lack of support from Stayz.Our stay was unfortunately very uncomfortable because of ongoing aggressive behaviour from a neighbouring resident. Shortly after we arrived, the neighbour repeatedly yelled at us about our dogs barking — even though the dogs were only reacting to the kids next door who kept throwing a ball over the fence.The neighbour’s behaviour escalated to personal insults, calling us “blow-ins,” and at one point he even made a threatening comment about “shutting the dogs up himself.” This created a really unsettling and unsafe environment for the rest of our stay. We booked 2 nights and checked out after the first night. What made things worse was the lack of support from the property management agency. We reported the issue immediately, but it took five days to receive any response. All they said was sorry and they were aware of the neighbor as it has happened before. By that point, the stay was essentially over, and the delay meant there was no opportunity for the situation to be addressed while we were there.While the property itself was fine (defiantly not award winning for a dog friendly property), the combination of the neighbour’s hostility and the extremely slow response from management completely ruined the experience. I wouldn’t stay here again, and I hope the host and agency take steps to prevent this happening to future guests.

Peaceful break

Though a little small, it was a lovely quiet retreat and a relaxing few days. The place had all the amenities needed and close to shops and the beach.

Comfortable well equipped home with an enclosed yard well suited for dogs and two great verandas at front and back to follow the sun.

Our name is Professional Holiday Homes and we aim to live up to the word “Professional” in everything we do. The formula for our properties is based on the award winning holiday homes created by our CEO.

Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.

What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.

We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.

As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
