Enjoy a unique countryside getaway in our Family Pod at Flat Hills Café & Tourist Park, nestled in the scenic Rangitīkei region and conveniently located just off State Highway 1.
Designed with families and small groups in mind, this comfortable pod sleeps up to 4 guests and offers a relaxing base for exploring the central North Island. Surrounded by farmland and open spaces, it's the perfect place to slow down, unwind, and enjoy a genuine rural New Zealand experience.
Inside you'll find:
• Queen loft bed
• Two single beds
• Bar fridge
• Tea and coffee making facilities
• Heater for cooler evenings
• Fan for warmer days
• Umbrella provided for rainy weather
• Linen and towels provided
Please note that the pod is not self-contained. Guests have access to our communal kitchen, lounge, bathrooms, and shower facilities, all located a short outdoor walk away. An umbrella is provided for your convenience during wet weather.
Guests are welcome to enjoy all the attractions that make Flat Hills a favourite stop for travellers and families. Meet our friendly farm animals, enjoy a meal or coffee in the café, challenge the family in the giant maze, or let the kids burn off energy in the playgrounds.
