Beautiful 6 bedroom, 5-1/2 bath beachblock home located in the quiet south end of Avalon and directly across from the scenic bird sanctuary.
Three floors of spacious vacationing with the upside down style featuring the main living areas on the second floor. Thoughtfully planned to take full advantage of bay and ocean views from the many decks off of the front and rear of the house. This home has been beautifully furnished and accessorized with many custom touches. A quick walk to one of the south end's wide and quiet beaches - and kick back in the heated pool and hot tub after a long day at the beach!
