Guests have private use of the full second-floor guest unit, including 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and free street parking nearby.

This is not a basement unit and not a ground-floor unit. The guest space is located on the second floor and is accessed by its own separate guest entrance and stairway. The guest entrance and access route are separate from the host’s living area, so guests do not need to share the entryway or regular access with the host.

Guests have the entire guest floor reserved for their booking group only. The living room, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and laundry area are not shared with the host or other guests during the stay.

For safety reasons, an internal stairway remains available as an emergency exit route only. It is not used for regular guest access.

The home is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood and is best suited for quiet, respectful guests who value privacy, cleanliness, space, and convenient access to Burnaby and Vancouver.

This is a practical and comfortable stay for guests who want a private full-floor home with parking, kitchen access, laundry, air conditioning, and room for a family or small group.
