While the home retains plenty of its original character, it has been thoughtfully equipped with all the comforts needed for a relaxing getaway. From the moment you arrive, you`ll be drawn to the spectacular outlook across the bay, with sweeping ocean views that stretch towards the rugged Tasman Peninsula. Whether you`re enjoying your morning coffee, an afternoon barbecue or simply unwinding with a glass of wine, the expansive deck provides one of the property`s standout features.

Inside, the home offers a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area with beautiful timber floors that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Large windows fill the home with natural light while perfectly framing the incredible coastal scenery. Comfortable lounges invite you to settle in beside the crackling wood heater during the cooler months, while the dining table comfortably seats six guests for family meals or evening board games.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you`ll need whether you`re preparing a quick breakfast before heading out to explore or cooking a family dinner after a day on the Tasman Peninsula. You`ll find a gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, large double door refrigerator, microwave, toaster, air fryer, rice cooker, Nespresso pod coffee machine, cookware, quality utensils, crockery, glassware and wine glasses. A small supply of coffee pods is provided to get you started, however coffee lovers are encouraged to bring along their favourite pods for longer stays.

Stepping outside, the large entertaining deck is the perfect place to enjoy the stunning surroundings. Fire up the gas barbecue, dine outdoors with family and friends or simply relax while watching fishing boats, cruise ships and, during the migration season, whales making their way along the coastline. An adjustable awning provides welcome shade throughout the warmer months, allowing you to comfortably enjoy the deck all day long.

The home comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed along with wardrobe storage. The second bedroom includes a double bed with additional drawer storage, while the third bedroom is fitted with two comfortable single beds, making it ideal for children or additional guests. Every bed is fitted with an electric blanket to ensure a cosy night`s sleep during Tasmania`s cooler evenings.

The central bathroom includes a shower, full size bathtub and vanity, while the toilet is conveniently located separately. The laundry, which guests enter through upon arrival, is fully equipped with both a washing machine and dryer.

Keeping warm throughout the year is effortless. The large wood heater in the living area efficiently heats the entire home, with additional firewood stored beneath the carport. For those wanting instant warmth, panel heaters and oil heaters are positioned throughout the house.

Entertainment is equally well catered for, with a Smart TV allowing guests to log into their own streaming services. The home also features Sonos speakers throughout the living area.

The property is positioned on an elevated site with a moderately steep driveway leading from Blowhole Road.
