Outside, you are invited to enjoy our large, fenced backyard, perfect for relaxing or grilling on the patio. You will also have access to two large decks, an outdoor shower, and a convenient foot wash to keep the sand at bay. The property is designed with accessibility in mind, featuring a ramp to the deck and safety handrails in the master bathroom. Off street parking is available for four cars for your convenience on the premises.
The Neighborhood:
The beach is just one block away. You can also view amazing sunsets from the bay which is a quick walk in the opposite direction. The island’s best spots are an easy stroll or quick bike ride down Long Beach Boulevard:
• Breakfast & Coffee — Bageleddi’s (some of the best bagels on the island) and Ship Bottom Ice Cream Co. are about a 5-minute walk south. The Local Market & Kitchen, a charming café with great coffee and baked goods, is a short ride or a 20 minute walk toward the causeway.
• Sweet Treats — Ship Bottom Ice Cream Co. (homemade, with dairy-free options) and Shore Good Donuts (open late, build-your-own donuts) are both within a 5–10 minute walk.

Welcome to your stress free beach getaway. We are conveniently located in the heart of Ship Bottom, making it easy to enjoy everything the island has to offer without needing to travel far. For those arriving by car, we provide off street parking for four vehicles directly on the premises, so you can park once and leave your keys behind. If you are traveling from afar, the Atlantic City International Airport is approximately a fifty minute drive away. While public transportation options on Long Beach Island are primarily seasonal, the island is exceptionally walkable and bike friendly, allowing you to explore local shops, restaurants, and the beautiful coastline with ease.

We are delighted to welcome your family to our beach home. To ensure everyone has a wonderful stay, please note our check in time is at 4 PM and check out time is at 10 AM. We provide off street parking for up to four vehicles on the premises for your convenience. Please be aware that smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, and we are unable to accommodate pets. We have provided linens, bath towels, eight beach tags, and four beach chairs for your use during your visit. As a family friendly home, we are happy to host children and infants.
