November wedding on LBI

From the moment, I met Ginny and her partner Steven, I felt at home and comfortable as we previewed the property. The property is immaculate, large, with great views from the main living area and additional panoramic views from higher balcony attached to upstairs bedroom. It is well equipped and perfectly located on the island. We were blessed with amazing November weather and were able to capitalize on the many beach chairs and 30-second walk to beach. Highly recommend this owner and property ANY time of year.

Multi generational reunion

We converged in LBI from New York, Philadelphia, and Los Angeles. Three generations, who had not been all together in quite some time. The beach was only steps away. The views are magnificent. The food was good and the company was better. Our host, Ginny, was warm and always available. All in all, it was everything we could hope for.

Terrific beachfront house

The view and location were fabulous. The house is clean, modern, and works well for families. There’s an outdoor shower which really helps prevent tracking in the sand An added plus were the owners were a pleasure to deal with.

Great location, close to everything you need on a beach vacation in season or off!

The owner was very nice and easy to contact. The house was very clean and located easily right on the beach. The space was very well thought out and plenty big enough for us, as a couple, plus guests. Being able to bring our dogs was wonderful and they were in heaven on the beach.. This was not a ‘brand new fancy home’ but it was a perfect well kept beach cottage! We had a very comfortable, happy stay there and I would recommend this home for a short or long vacation to anyone.

Wonderful weekend with friends!

Our group of 8 friends had a wonderful weekend at the house! The house is beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming. There was plenty of room for all of us. We especially loved the views! Hosts were awesome too!

Great house and host!

The location couldn’t be better with the ocean right outside your door. Especially great for family vacations with little ones who need to go back and forth for naps and necessities. Convenient to everything and Ginny is very helpful with information about the island. Can’t wait to go back.

Couldn’t be any closer to the beach. Great view from the back of the house. Make sure to take extra food, you might not want to leave.

A spring break getaway

This was just what the doctor ordered! There were 8 of us in our party (4 adults and 4 kids). The kids took the upstairs 2 bedrooms and the adults took the main level 2 bedrooms. The rooms were good size where we were not tripping over the suitcases. The bathrooms were good size as well. The main attraction was being ocean front with access right off the house. We spent most of the day on the beach. The location was great. Ginny was a great host. Very communicative before our visit and met us on the property. We would definitely go back!

Socially Distanced Getaway

We spent 3 nights with the beach to ourselves. Comfortable house; well-equipped and super-clean kitchen -- couldn't ask for a better place to take a break from the day-to-day grind!

Beautiful beachfront home!

We had a really lovely stay here. The oceanfront view is incredible! Beautiful sunrises each day, and we lucked out with no rain at all. The house was very spacious for 6 of us - and the bedrooms feel spaced out, giving everyone a bit of extra privacy. We had everything we needed. Ginny and Stephen were wonderful hosts, met us on our arrival, and though nothing was needed during our stay, I know if we had, they would have been super attentive to any needs. Would love to come back again.

Beautiful property located on the beach

We had a wonderful weekend. The house is beautifully appointed. The location is superb with wonderful views of the beach. The owner,Virginia ,is a great host and she was very prompt in settling us in and taking care of all details. We had such a good time that we are planning to return in two weeks. We have rented all over the Jersey shore over the years. I have no hesitation in rating this home as one of the best we have stayed in.

Awesome location, awesome views, perfect space for beach get away

This was perfect for us. We were 6 friends getting together in the fall just to hang out. The house sleeps 7, has great space for hanging out and cooking and the proximity to the beach cannot be beaten. The large windows and second-floor balcony make for amazing ocean front views. I found the owner to be very easy to interact with and all the amenities you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay were available (outdoor shower, beach chairs, etc). Pictures and map were accurate as depicted. Would highly recommend.
