Please Note: A private one-bedroom unit is attached to the right-hand side of the home and is occupied by a permanent resident. The unit is completely self-contained with no shared amenities or facilities, ensuring guests have exclusive use of the holiday home and its outdoor areas. As the resident accesses their property via the shared driveway, we kindly ask guests to park in the garage where possible or ensure any vehicle parked on the driveway is positioned well forward and to the left of the garage, leaving sufficient clearance for the resident to access and park their vehicle
