Neighborhood
Vista on Speargrass is perfectly located for you to access to the cycle trails in the area and very close proximity to Lake Hayes. You are a short drive to the quaint village of Arrowtown and the numerous offerings of the immediate area.
Mora Winery (previously Akarora) and Ayrburn are just down the road so you can pop down for a lazy lunch or a morning coffee. Coronet Ski Field is only a 20 minute drive away.
Access
Apart from one room locked off, guests have full access to the house.
If the owners have their car at the property we will move it out of the garage and put it in the carport - if this occurs the carport will not be available for guest parking but there is plenty of parking on the driveway and the garage will be available for guests to use.
Space
This warm and welcoming home offers a large open plan living and dining area which leads to a cosy additional second living area. The spacious master bedroom has a walk-in-robe and ensuite. There are three additional bedrooms allowing for plenty of space for the whole family. With the recent addition of a spa pool this property has even more reasons to love it.
The house has all the comforts of home including 2x large smart Tv's, 2x living areas, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, a dining table that seats 8 people and a breakfast bench in the kitchen.
In winter, when its cold outside, you will love how toasty and warm the house is with its underfloor heating, radiators and a pellet fireplace.
Bringing the kids with you? Then they are going to absolutely love the outdoor play area and trampoline along with lots of lawn to run around on or perhaps play with some of the outdoor games and toys the owners have for them. Or they can get creative while sitting at the old fashioned school desk in the foyer area. The yard is fully fenced making it very child friendly.
For you golfers there is a putting green so you can keep on top of your game - no more excuses for 3 putting. We have putters and some balls available for you to use.
Located in a quiet rural area but still close to everything - this is the perfect place to base yourself for a holiday no matter what time of the year as you have easy access to Ski fields, Golf Courses, bike trails & wineries what more do you need when on holiday.

Guests are welcome to use the outdoor games & play equipment but the owners are not responsible for any injury due to using these items.
Portacot & highchair available for your use - please prebook them with us. Lots of toys available for the kids to play with.
If the owners have their car at the property we will move it out of the garage and put it in the carport - if this occurs the carport will not be available for guest parking however there is lots of extra parking on the driveway at the property.
We use professional cleaners and hired linen.
House Rules
This house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood - not suitable for parties or too much noise. No smoking in any part of the house. No pets allowed. House must be left locked with lights & appliances turned off. BBQ clean (if used) The house should be tidy, with dishes done and rubbish in the big bins provided .

Rubbish bins Must be put out at the bottom of the driveway (on Speargrass Flat Road) on Wednesday night for Thursday morning collection
