Immaculately kept, upscale furnishings & brand new, top-of-the-line beds. Plenty of shopping, dining, and recreational opportunities nearby. 2 miles to downtown Greer, & 10 easy miles to downtown Greenville. 7 miles to GSP airport. Larger groups - book all three Ritzy’s! Fabulous Stay

We stayed here last year and made a point of booking again in 2023 because it was perfect! It's a clean, spacious home full of amenities and in a very convenient location. The host is helpful and a great communicator. 5 stars all around and we hope to return again!

Wedding Weekend

Our friends and family stayed the weekend for a wedding close by. The house was easy to find and easy to access. The furnishings are top notch- comfy couch for watching football gameday and comfy beds too! Would definitely rent this space again. Host was amazing- communicative and accomodating.

I’m a southern girl, North Carolina born and South Carolina raised . Married a guy from Michigan and taught him to love grits, black-eyed peas, and cornbread. And collard greens on New Year’s Day! He’s more into the mountains and I love the beach. In South Carolina you’re convenient to both. We’re turning over our garden center after 20+ years to the second generation and building a new career by hosting. Be sure to check out all of our properties!
