This cozy retreat features 3 bedrooms with a king, queen, and twin bed, perfect for a serene getaway. With heating and AC, you'll stay comfortable year-round. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer for your convenience. A huge fenced in backyard, this house is perfect for anyone traveling with pets. We allow up to 2 dogs at $50 per dog. This house has been updated with NEW paint, light fixtures, NEW bedding, NEW furniture, NEW kitchen supplies, NEW linens and NEW towels. This house has been a guest favorite on VRBO, the new owners have updated every space to make it even better!

We often take little weekend trips and it hit all our must haves. Comfortable bed, fenced in yard, dog friendly and walking distance to establishments. A very cute house as well and the neighborhood felt safe.

A great multi-night family stay in the heart of Greer. The house had a cozy, welcoming feel with a spacious layout. We were impressed with how many little things had been thought of and provided to give guests home away from home amenities. All the ‘I wish I brought that’ items were already in a drawer or cupboard. Beds were on the firm side. The roomy back yard was larger than we expected - great for quiet sitting and soaking up the southern sun along with throwing the football. The location was perfect both for walks to the park or downtown Greer as well as a convenient drive to our favorite Greenville activities. Though we had a problem with the hot water during our stay, the host was quick to respond and do everything he could to resolve the issue as urgently as possible. Despite the challenge and inconvenience, we felt confident that the comfort of our stay was a priority and appreciated the personal care taken to resolve. We would consider staying here in the future and recommending to others.

Absolutely loved our stay at this house. From the moment we walked in,it was clear the owners genuinely care about creating an exceptional experience The house was spotless, cozy and thoughtfully setup. The small touches throughout really stood out-making you feel welcomed. Location- doesn’t get any better. It is walkable to the quint town of Greer and a short drive to Greenville. This house checked all the boxes and will 100% stay there again and highly recommend.

This house was perfect for our extended stay in Greer. It was less than a mile from our family, close to the home we are building and an easy walk to downtown Greer. Greer has some cute shops, nice restraurants and a quaint park. The home was nicely furmished. I loved the artwork! The bedding was new. I don't know what it is about the bedroom we stayed but we slept better than we have in years. It's cool, quiet and dark. I'm all about room darkening curtains. Some days we slept until 8 am! That's a miracle for us. New towels were provided too. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Really cute home in downtown Greer. The beds were awesome with great linens. Beautifully decorated and fully appointed kitchen. Lots of little extras! Fun shops and great local coffee & restaurants in walking distance.

This is such an adorable home in a perfect location. It was very clean, cozy and decorated so nicely! The beds were super comfortable. It was exactly what we were looking for and would 100% stay there again!

This place was a great value. excellent location, the host was communicative and friendly, and there's a lot of bonuses that make this an excellent choice. well-appointes rooms, WELL stocked kitchen with a lot of things you would not expect, and great property/driveway/yard. the host obviously cares a lot about the experience and doing things correctly. everything was clean, drawers are labeled, info signs are clear, and the place feels comfortable to live in. 10/10 will stay again.
