At Southpointe Villas you'll enjoy vacation days in an intimate setting with a spacious beach and the feel of privacy. For the perfect getaway, the complex offers comfort and value with an oceanfront pool and dune walkway. The Garden City Pier, Murrell's Inlet Marshwalk, shopping, restaurant and activities are only minutes away. #6 welcomes you and your loved ones to create priceless vacation memories year round.

Southpointe Villas is located 2.4 miles south of the Garden City Pier in Georgetown County. This three story oceanfront complex offers units with either an ocean view or direct ocean front. Enjoy swimming in the oceanside pool, which is open Easter to November 1 or take a short walk to the beach to have some fun in the sand and surf. Complex amenities include laundry onsite (debit or credit card only), a grilling area, and gated parking. There is no elevator at Southpointe Villas and #6 is on the second floor. Two parking permits are issued per condo unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

During certain weeks of the year, esp. Spring Break and the first weeks of June, a list of each guest who will be occupying the property is required.
