Jill's Beach Retreat

Jill's Beach Retreat is an upgraded ocean front property within walking distance to Garden City Pier with live music, arcades, and restaurants.

This 2BR/2BA space is beautifully updated with new furniture and flooring. Our goal is to make each guest's trip as pleasant and memorable as possible.

Amenities include free WiFi, cable, pool, laundry, off-street parking(1 spot only), keyless entry lock and professionally cleaned! Full linen packages are available to rent through Dunes Realty or bring your own!
The space
We have furnished and decorated the condo to feel like our home away from home. We want our guests to be as comfortable here as we are!
Guest access
Our guests have access to the pool, large sun deck area, and private boardwalk to the beach.
Other things to note
The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking and dining needs. We always welcome suggestions on anything additional that our guests may need.

The view is amazing. The balcony is on the side but one side is facing ocean and it’s very close to beach. It overlooks a public beach access but it wasn’t a problem. Unit is so well decorated and fully stocked. Beds very comfortable. Had to call for linens and pay 50 fee for them. It is a very comfortable and quiet unit. We had a wonderful. Pretty nice pool but no hot tub. Loved the keyless entry. Great location very nice area.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at Jill's Beach Retreat. The property was well maintained, the beds were comfortable and the view from the outside porch was wonderful. The location was perfect, a few steps to the beach. All in all a great time!

Clean, nicely decorated. Our 14 year old who usually has to sleep on sofa bed when traveling said the sofa bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony and front bedroom. Close to Huntington State Park where we explored the beach, boardwalks, and Nature Center. The family photographer enjoyed seeing lots of bird diversity. Kids enjoyed seeing alligators. Was a great getaway before the school year.

Five stars!!!

This was the perfect getaway! We loved how close the location was to the beach, the room was spotless, and the kids couldn’t get enough of the pool. Before our trip, our daughter unexpectedly needed surgery, and Jeff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Any time I had a question during our stay, he responded quickly and was always helpful.

Nicely updated condo

I have stayed in many beach condos and this is possibly the nicest, most updated one I’ve stayed in. Nicely decorated, well maintained and clean. The washer and dryer were full size and new instead of those stackables that fit like 5 shirts. The view of the ocean is actually really nice for not being direct ocean front. Owner’s communication was great and they let us check in early since it was ready. We were with a big group of family and had 7 condos between the Beach House and Afterdeck next store and everyone commented how nice this condo was.

This was our 2nd time staying in this specific condo. It was our 3rd time at this property. Jeff(the host) is very hospitable. He always quickly answers any questions. We love this location! It’s a quick drive to everything! The ocean view for morning coffee is unbeatable! The easy access to the beach is a huge bonus! We go at peak season and there is still plenty of room on the beach for everyone. It’s never too crowded. The condo is clean, updated, and nicely decorated. Our plan is to return to this same spot next year for our family vacation. We love Garden City so much!

Our stay at the Beach House

Our stay at this property was excellent from start to finish. The condo was clean, spacious , and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was avaliable. The host was friendly and prompt to respond when I had a question. We are former residents of Garden City and now vacation there annually. This is my favorite place that we have stayed on our trips. I would definitely book it again.

Clean, Quiet, Great Stay

Clean condo. Quiet complex, which was surprising considering we stayed Memorial Day weekend and the complex looked busy. Easy check-in/out. For any parents interested, the closet in bedroom #2 is just big enough to fit a travel sized pack n play (Guava Lotus) with the doors open. This provided a nice little separation for our baby from toddler. Excellent find. Great stay. Would book again.

Very nice place to stay

Sadly the weather was not good but this is great place to stay. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, nice size washer and dryer, nice kitchen and decent view of the ocean. It's a great location, easy half mile walk to the Garden City pier, short drive to Surfside or Murrells Inlet. Bring your own linens which I actually prefer. Would stay again for sure.

Great place to stay

Enjoyed a week long stay at Jill’s Beach Retreat. Great location and access to the beach was terrific. The decking to the beach and around the pool was wonderful. The pool was larger than other places in the area and well maintained. Condo was well stocked with dishes, appliances and cookware. The owner was extremely easy to reach and was very responsive.

Beautiful ocean view home with Everything!

This was our 4th year staying at the Beach House. It is an incredibly beautiful and clean property and our condo could not have been better. Everything we needed was there from the entertainment, kitchen bedrooms. There is a wonderful ocean view and we were literally a minutes walk to the ocean. The pool area is spacious and clean with a huge tanning deck that is also wonderful for watching the ocean or fireworks as we did on the 4th of July. Jeff is very involved with this condo and answered all of our questiins, gave us great tips for our trip and even though we had no problems at all, i know he was only a text or email away. The Beach House is our favorite location in Garden City and you can't ask for a better host than we had. Thank yiu again so much for sharing your beautiful condo with our family. It was a great trip and we already can't wait till next year.

PERFECT LOCATION!

This is our 2nd year staying on this property, 1st year in this specific condo. We absolutely love the location of this property. It has close and direct access to the beach. The pool is a nice bonus to cool off in. We love the quick drive to Murrells Inlet to get great food! Jeff is a wonderful host. He was always available to answers questions prior to and after check in. The condo is great! Very clean and updated, large washer and dryer, comfy beds, smart TV’s. I had requested linens from Palmetto linen rentals a week before we got there. They were waiting by the door when we arrived. Super simple process. We highly recommend this rental and plan to return in the future.

Girls trip

My friends and i flew in from New Jersey our flight arived earlier then check in ,Jeffrey was very accommodating and let us check in early. The condo was clean and the pool outside as well,beds super cozy too..The restaurants and peir were within walking distance and the inlet was about 5 min drive.. we decided were making this trip annually.and staying agin.

Spring Break Vacation

Place was in a great location, condo had been renovated. Had everything we needed in kitchen, owner was great and very responsive, my only regret is we had to provide all linens, towels, it was my fault I missed it in the description but thankfully I read descriptions again two days before we left. Thanks for a great vacation.
