Filled with natural light and simple coastal touches, the home is designed to make your getaway feel easy and comfortable from the moment you arrive.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the veranda, spend the day exploring the coastline, challenge your travel companions to a game of pool, then come home and relax in your own private space.

Whether you're planning a beach escape, a family getaway, a weekend with friends or simply a few days to slow down, Kookaburra Retreat is your place to settle in and enjoy the Central Coast at your own pace.

🏡 Your Private Coastal Home

You'll have the entire two-bedroom house exclusively to yourself throughout your stay.

Your private space includes:

- Two comfortable bedrooms
- Bright open-plan living and dining area
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Private front yard
- Front veranda
- Covered outdoor entertainment area
- Laundry area on the covered balcony
- Your own designated parking area directly in front of the house
- Wi-Fi throughout and TV Streamings

There is also a separate studio at the rear of the property with its own occupants. The studio is completely separate from the front house and does not share your accommodation or private guest areas.

The driveway provides access to both the front house and the separate studio and may occasionally be used by the studio occupants.

We mention this simply so you know exactly how the property is arranged before booking. Your house and private guest areas remain completely your own. 🤍

Guests have their own designated parking area directly in front of the house.

The property gate is normally open for convenient arrival and access to your parking area.

Additional street parking is available if needed.

🐶 A Little Note About Our Home

A friendly dog lives on the property and may occasionally be seen outside. 🐶

She does not have access to the front house or your private guest areas.

The separate studio at the rear of the property has its own occupants. They may occasionally use the driveway to access the studio, but they do not share your house, front yard, balcony or covered outdoor entertainment area.

We value your privacy and give you plenty of space to enjoy your stay. If you need anything, we're nearby and happy to help.
