The Simpson House Bed & Breakfast is a thoughtfully restored 1932 heritage home blending Art Deco-inspired character with modern comfort. Rich in history and craftsmanship, it offers a boutique-style stay ideal for guests seeking an authentic, quiet, and memorable experience in New Westminster.

The home offers three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, including a spacious primary suite with a queen bed and private ensuite featuring a classic clawfoot soaker tub and separate shower.

Each bedroom has premium linens, bedside tables with convenient USB charging, and plenty of built-in storage.

The chef’s kitchen flows into a dining room for eight which adjoins the living room with an electric fireplace and smart TV creating a comfortable space to gather and unwind, while the sunroom offers a peaceful, cozy spot for morning coffee or a quiet read. French doors lead to a private deck with a barbecue, and ample seating surrounds an inviting gas fire table for those cooler evening gatherings.

Upstairs, two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom, and the in-home laundry adds ease for longer stays.

I’m a longtime New Westminster resident with a genuine appreciation for the character, history and architecture of this city. I enjoy creating comfortable, well-considered spaces and believe the small details can make a stay memorable.
Hosting The Simpson House gives me an opportunity to share a home I care deeply about while giving guests a welcoming, comfortable base from which to experience New Westminster and the greater Vancouver area. I’m available when needed, while respecting guests’ privacy and allowing them to enjoy the house as their own during their stay.

The Simpson House is in an established residential neighbourhood in the heart of New Westminster, surrounded by mature trees, character homes and the kind of streetscape that reflects the city’s long history.
It offers a quieter residential setting while remaining conveniently connected to shops, restaurants, parks, transit and the Fraser River waterfront. New Westminster’s central location also makes it a practical base for exploring Metro Vancouver, with convenient access to Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey and other surrounding communities.
