Royal City Centre Mall is a short walk with Walmart, Dollorama, food court, coffee shops & many places to eat.

Just steps from the house is Moody Park—a hub for outdoor activity with an outdoor pool, pickleball and tennis courts, table tennis, kids’ playground, and a dog park.
Convenience at Your Doorstep:
Royal City Centre mall (Walmart, Dollarama, food court), a 7-Eleven, gas station, public library, and multiple parks are all within walking distance. A bus stop right outside connects directly to 22nd Street SkyTrain Station for easy access to Vancouver and beyond.
Nearby Attractions:
