Newly renovated beautiful 5th floor beachfront condo that is conveniently located right on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico at Panama City Beach, Florida. Unit has 2 queen sized beds in master with flat screen TV and along with sleeper sofa in the living room - sleeps 6 people. The condo has beautiful new furniture with sofa and love seat and a large flat screen TV in living room. Linens included are sheets, blankets, bath towels, etc., but bring your own beach towels. As a small complex you can easily take the elevator or stairs to the pool area or go out the fence to the beach. Perfect for families with small children or seniors. This condo offers the perfect combination - the convenience smaller complex with the amenities of an upscale condominium. Mariner East is close to St. Andrews State Park and minutes away from 1 million sq ft of shopping at Pier Park. We rent to families....or if all adults are age 25 or older. This property is managed by RairVue Services LLC.

Weekend Getaway

Headed to PCB for a quick weekend getaway. The Unit rented was just as it was described. The unit was clean and well furnished. Check in and out was so simple. We love the smaller condos as opposed to the larger resorts and have stayed here numerous times, but the first time in this unit. Will definitely be back.

Short stay

We love the Mariner. Very comfortable. Always super experience. Was glad to see the exterior work. Hoping they never let the property go to larger units. Would be sooo sad. The only thing I would like to see is better quality mattresses. Keep up the good work!

Mother/Daughter wknd away

This property was beautiful. The pictures are exactly what it looks like. If you aren't into the Front Beach Strip life, this place is the best to stay. We wanted a place to hang out at the beach and pool and it was amazing. No complaints and can't wait to book another vacation here.

Great Condo

This condo is located in Mariner East, which we love. Great location, wonderful view, clean and very comfortable beds!! This was a great place for me and my two adult daughters for our girls get a way trip. Owner was great. Highly recommend this condo for your next get a way!!

Great Stay

We had a great time at your condo. Love the small complex...elevator was almost always available and fast too. Couple of minor issues were addressed immediately. We would definitely stay again. The unit is away from the main part of Panama City Beach and the traffic associated with it.

Quick getaway

The condo is as listed very clean...the building was a little run down itself but the condo was very nice. Not nearly as crowded as other places we’ve stayed.

Loved it! The process was so easy, the location is on the east side toward St. Andrews. It was quiet, relaxing, and not over crowded. I would definitely stay again.
