Our Mariner East 201 beach front vacation rental condo has the most amazing wraparound balcony for the perfect sunset view over the ocean.
Mariner East 201 has 1 bedroom with 2 full beds, a sleeper sofa and the owner has set up a third sleeping space with an inflatable mattress that allows parents to have the Master to themselves if that set up fits the family needs better. The master has a large walk in shower and the second bath has a surround tub with shower combo. The updated colors create a great beach vibe and the condo is very well laid out to maximize the space for your group. The condo is oceanfront and an easy walk to the beach from the elevator to the pool and beach access points. This low rise complex located on the spacious beaches of Thomas Drive will spoil you if you've ever dealt with high rises and their parking and elevator issues!
Mariner East is located on the quiet side of Panama City Beach in the Lower Grand Lagoon area. This area provides renters with larger and more spacious beaches which leads to more privacy and space for your vacation group to enjoy time together watching the waves roll in.
The Thomas Drive area has some of Panama Cities Top Restaurants like Captain Anderson's, The Grand Marlin, Dat Cajun Place, Andy's Flour Power, J Michael's and a local spot you'll love called Patches.
In under 5 minutes you can be at the St Andrews State Park, Golf Courses or the marina to book a fishing excursion or a great dolphin encounter experience for the group.
The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge. You get one parking pass with this "Top Thomas Drive Destination" Panama City beach vacation rental condo. The owners also provide a beach wagon to simplify taking items to and from the beach.

We’ve stayed in different units among Mariner East, and Mariner West, over the last 10 years. This was by far the best unit we’ve ever stayed in. Clean and very accommodating for a comfortable vacation stay. Very comfortable furniture inside and on the spacious balcony (which was my favorite spot) Nice quiet beach because of only six floors in the building. We love vacationing at PCB! Highly recommend this unit!

We had a wonderful time. Everything was as advertised. They are super easy and friendly to work with. The room is so convenient to get in and out to the beach and the pool. Very family oriented. I would like to see a 10:00 checkout, however, I only have good things to say about their service! Had a great trip overall

Relaxing with excellent gulf front views

We loved the wrap around balcony, the salty air, beautiful sunsets mixed with scents of the bbq below. Lobby and unit was very clean. Easy walk up too.

Easy access to the beach and pool. Nit crowded at all. But quite a drive to get to pier park and other places. Overall stay was great. Room was beautiful and very clean.

Awesome view!

We enjoyed the sunshine from the lovely deck. It’s cute, light and clean. Kitchen well-stocked for cooking in. I enjoyed our stay and we’ll book here again.

2nd Honeymoon!

We stayed at the Mariner East in the same room 34 years ago for our honeymoon! We loved it then and we loved it this trip including all the improvements! If you want a quiet, relaxing, beautifully decorated, well stocked, well managed property, this is it! Host was very accommodating and responsive!

Vacation

Go to PCB atleast twice to three times a year and this was probably one of the nicest ones we stayed at. Two special need children and our room was ready by 12 during peek season was a blessing. Will be back.

Great Place

This is my 2nd time staying here. It’s absolutely perfect for us. Good views of the beach and ocean. The beach is not crowded. The water pressure in the hall bath isn’t good but there’s plenty in the 2nd bathroom shower. I’m looking forward to many more stays in this condo.

Condo is great and clean, view is the best, and we hope to rent again in the future. The listing really needs to clarify there is no access to a grill. One pic shows the grill on the back patio, but it is not there. The Mariner next door has guest grills, but technically we are not supposed to access them says the maintenance man. Be aware the bedroom will be fully light by 6am. Bring your own mask is my suggestion. And maybe a white noise maker because the exterior corridor tends to echo kinda bad. But those are picky things. Our stay was very nice!

Beautiful Place, Excellent Location

Clean, nice, Nothing bad to say except no hair dryer. I had to buy one and have never stayed anywhere that didnt have one. I started to leave the one I bought for the next people and salt/pepper. Thanks

CONCERNS

The unit sleeps six, I planned for six there were only 4 towels.....The skillets were terrible could not even use. Can opener would not work at all had to buy one. Overall the unit was good. My main frustration was my parking pass when I got a notice to tow, when my pass was hanging not realizing I needed to complete dates when you know what I paid for in advance. NO HELP ONSITE. (attendant)

Great condo

The inside was immaculate and updated. It seemed everything was new! The kitchen was well stocked. No need to buy anything to cook in house. It was a quiet part of the beach so no "4 deep" sitting on the beach. My only complaint was there was work being done on the front of the property and it was not communicated to us before we got there. The other building was complete so I know once this one gets done, it will be just as nice. Hopefully they will be done soon since walking and parking in construction zones was not the best. We would stay here again for sure, just once the updating is complete!

A satisfying stay

The condo was clean. It is in a good location and beach was very quiet. The view was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed the sunset. Cort was quite responsive to our messages. There was an issue with the heating system during a few cold days. Cort sent portable heaters and extra blankets and requested HVAC tech to repair it. At the time, there was some noise from the construction in other parts of the condo. I am sure the condo will be better after the renovation. We liked the second floor because we can just use the stairs instead of elevator. Would rent again if we come back to PCB again.

Great Family Vacation Spot!

Having 3 children under 10 usually complicates vacations. Not here! You can't beat the ease of waking up, cooking your own breakfast, and walking 20 yards to the beach. If the kids get hungry, or need a nap, you can just leave your tent set up and go grab a quick snack at the condo. We have a beach wagon and would just roll everything out in the morning and come and go as needed. Everyone is so kind and helpful and the property is kept nicely. The view from the balcony is perfect for sunrise or sunset meals. Only negative is there is very little water pressure in the bathroom with the tub. If using that bathroom to shower make sure not to use any other water in the condo or you won't be able to get clean. Best things about this condo: no traffic, no parties, extra beach toys and beach items for use, comfy furniture, puzzles in the room for rainy days, and the view!!! You won't be disappointed!

Perfect Beach Vacation Condo

This is a lovely condo and the area is perfect for a quiet get away. I will definitely book again. The living room furniture is comfy and it’s Nicely decorated. There was a couple of cons for us. 1. I understand that the kitchen items are used a lot. But I would suggest bringing your own skillet and pizza pan. 2. This is out of the owners control. But the elevator was messing up our first day there. So we had to carry our stuff and groceries up the stairs. Thankfully this unit was on the 2nd floor. They did fix it but my granddaughter was then to scared to use it (she was afraid of getting stuck inside) so we had to use the stairs the whole time. Again thankfully thus unit was just on the 2nd floor. No matter what you won’t be disappointed with this condo. Even with the couple of cons you will have a perfect time here.
