This charming 1830 home combines historic character with the practical amenities that make a work stay or vacation easy. With a private entrance, dedicated on-site parking and your own complete apartment, you have the space to cook, work and relax on your own schedule.

Everything You Need:
fully appointed kitchen, a dedicated workspace, free Wi-Fi, a comfortable living room with a full cable package, towels and linens, a stocked coffee bar, and a fabulous hot tub, open year-round.

St. Thomas is an easy base for professionals working throughout the area, approximately 15 minutes from London and Port Stanley, with quick access to Highway 401. Nearby you'll find grocery stores, parks, walking trails and a wide variety of restaurants, from familiar mainstream options to many independently owned local establishments.

After work, prepare a meal in your own kitchen, watch some TV or unwind with a soak in the hot tub. A practical, well-equipped place to stay while you're working in the St. Thomas area.

An excellent place to stay! Lisa snd Brad were amazing hosts who made us feel welcomed! Lisa reached out a couple of times to make sure all was well, and made sure we had everything we needed, and more.Instructions were clear and communication with host was excellent. The apartment was super clean, fresh, and very welcoming! Bed was extremely comfortable and all rooms were tastefully appointed. A beautiful, quiet, wonderful place to make any time away pleasant, and wishing you could stay just a little longer.

We moved to this magnificent house in 1998 and raised our four children here. Now that they have all grown and flown, we want to share this incredible space with others. Since 2023, we've welcomed people from around the world for work and vacation, providing a safe, comfortable place to stay while they are in town.

Our home is just on the edge of the city of St. Thomas, which allows for a peaceful setting while still being close to all the amenities one would want - shopping, restaurants, walking trails, and parks. Even better is our proximity to Pt. Stanley, a beautiful beach town, and to the city of London. With so many charming small towns nearby, there is an endless list of places to explore.

During your stay, you’ll have unlimited access to the hot tub, fire pit, and BBQ, and you can enjoy the pool from June through September. The 1.5-acre, tree-filled backyard is a peaceful place to relax, with bird feeders that attract a wonderful variety of birds—and you’re likely to spot deer and other wildlife passing through as well.

As an experienced traveller, I’ve made every effort to think of the little things that make a stay feel truly comfortable. From the coffee bar and extra blankets to the fully equipped kitchen, a collection of books and games, and plenty of options for TV watching, you’ll find the comforts of home along with a few extras. We want you to settle in, relax, and enjoy your time here.
