The home is designed to make the most of its incredible position, with sweeping ocean views from the main living areas and two of the three bedrooms facing the sea. The third bedroom provides additional comfortable accommodation, making the house ideal for families, couples or groups of friends. Enjoy a morning coffee overlooking the water, relax after a day at the beach or simply sit back and watch the ocean from the comfort of the house.

Located in Port Elliot on the Fleurieu Peninsula, the house offers the best of both worlds: an absolute beachfront escape while still being around a 10 minute walk from the centre of town. Wander into Port Elliot for cafés, restaurants, bakeries and local shops, explore the nearby coastline, or simply step outside and enjoy Boomer Beach right in front of you.

Port Elliot Sands is our family holiday home and a place we genuinely love spending time at. We’re fairly new to hosting and want our guests to enjoy the house and the area as much as we do. We’ve tried to create a relaxed, comfortable place where you can settle in, enjoy the ocean and make the most of everything Port Elliot has to offer.

We love Port Elliot for its beautiful coastline, relaxed atmosphere and everything being so close by. You can enjoy the beach, coastal walks, cafés, restaurants and local shops, while still having that peaceful seaside feel. It’s a wonderful spot year round, whether you’re swimming in summer, watching the waves in winter or keeping an eye out for whales along the coast.
