Villa Luz is a very comfortable luxury villa, situated at the southern end of the small hamlet of El Palmar, right by the marvellous white beach. The completely reformed villa has been furnished and decorated with elegant high-end materials throughout. The spacious living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs. The modern TV flat screen disappears behind a curtain if no in use, so that you can fully enjoy the open fire place and the sea views. In the perfectly equipped designer kitchen, the modern hobby chef will find everything he needs to persue his passion: induction stove, oven, microwave, excellent pots and pans, a Nespresso coffee machine ..., even the tableware and cutlery are of high quality. Whether in the dining room, on the roof terrace or in the barbecue area, you may enjoy all your meals with a view of the ocean. The master bedroom has a large double bed and shower room en suite. The second bedroom has a slightly smaller double bed and shares a family bathroom with the third bedroom (two single beds). All of the rooms are fully air conditioned, so that you may regulate the temperature to your liking all year round. During the cooler months a proper chimney fire may often be enough to warm up the whole house. There is Internet access via Wifi throughout the house and on the terrace. The covered terrace in front of the living room is equipped with comfortable lounge furniture and overlooks the beautiful garden, the pool and the sea. The 10 x 5 m salt water pool contains only very small amounts of chlorine. For an extra of a 105 Euros/week it can be heated and can therefore be used nearly all year long. Be amazed by the stunning ocean views from the roof terrace from where you can even see the North African coastline on a clear day. There is a private path to the beach, so it is just a 5 minutes walk through the dunes. Villa Luz is situated at the end of El Palmar, a small beach hamlet of freestanding chalets and holiday homes in an uncontaminated rural environment. The house offers plenty of privacy, yet there are a few excellent restaurants within walking distance. The garden is fenced by shrubs, and the house is surrounded by open fields. El Palmar has a miles long white, sandy beach flanked by dunes. Along the narrow coastal road you will find plenty of restaurants and bars, from traditional and rustic to classy and elegant. There are a few shops and small supermarkets as well as a farmacy. To fully appretiate the outstanding natural beauty of this area, we recommend a 1,5 hour walk along the beach and past the conservation area of El Castilnovo towards the fishing town of Conil.
