Naya Haus is an award-winning architectural luxury retreat in Bayview Heights, Cairns. Blending Scandinavian barn-inspired design, Japanese minimalism and tropical North Queensland living. Set on 1,227m², the home enjoys breathtaking views across Cairns, the Coral Sea and Green Island. The home nurtures natural light, cooling breezes and seamless indoor-outdoor living. Featured on Australia’s Best House 2024 and Australia by Design 2025.

A spacious luxury four-bedroom home featuring:

The open-plan living and lounge areas overlook the ocean and rainforest, while a dedicated gym and mineral pool vith views plus a separate games room provide plenty of space to relax and entertain.

Bedroom 1 - 1 king sized bed with Japanese-inspired décor and ocean views, including views across the Coral Sea from the bath tub.

Bedroom 2 - 1 queen sized bed with ocean views.

Bedroom 3 - 1 queen sized bed.

Bedroom 4 - 2 single beds with the option to add, 2 additional single trundles upon request.

On the second floor you will find a queen futon for further sleeping flexibility.

A baby cot and high chair are available on request.

We’re an Australian family. My wife, our two children and I, love travelling together. We bought Naya Haus after falling in love with its incredible views, peaceful hillside setting and unique design. One day, it will be our family home. Until then, we’re excited to share it with guests and introduce them to the Cairns we love, from the rainforest and freshwater creeks to the Great Barrier Reef. We’re friendly hosts and hope you love Naya Haus as much as we do.

Perched high above the city, Naya Haus has incredible views that make every stay special, whether you’re watching sunrises, tropical storms rolling across the mountains, or events and celebrations lighting up the city below. It’s a quiet, private setting with the convenience of town just minutes away.
