Whether you’re looking to unwind in nature or explore the surrounding landscapes, our "E-bike hire" is available for those wanting to discover the area on two wheels. Simply get in touch, and we’ll be happy to set you up for your adventure.



Inside the tiny home, you’ll find our cosy 139-square-foot tiny home features convenient amenities including water access, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. With an eco-friendly cassette toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower, it offers a relaxing eco stay in Wairarapa—a unique retreat for guests seeking a peaceful nature escape.



IMPORTANT NOTE: If you’re planning to book as a group, we have two holiday homes available. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can prepare your stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the tiny home and garden during their stay. If you need anything, we're happy to help—just let us know!



If you need to come by the host's residence for anything that requires immediate attention (such as maintenance), please give us a quick call first. Thank you.

Papa Ora Healthy Earth Stays X by Tiny Away sits in the lovely farm stay in Rangitūmau, New Zealand, just an hour’s drive from Wellington, the closest city.



Here, our eco stay is close to the local food scene like Le Gra Winery, featuring a cellar door and kitchen, and Loopline Wingate Lane Bar and Restaurant, offering a beautiful seasonal menu made with locally sourced produce—both just 5 minutes away. For more café options, Masterton is nearby with a wide range of quality cafés serving excellent coffee. Famly is a current favourite, offering organic food in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.



Getting Around:

By car:

- From Wellington, 2hours, 120km and to Masterton, 15 minutes, 13km. It is reachable by 2WD.



By public transport:

- Catch train or bus to Masterton from Wellington, can arrange pick up with us. It is also possible to get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

- No Wi-Fi available

- Gas BBQ grill available

- Not Suitable for Children

- Free Potable water provided

- All mobile networks have strong reception

- No smoking inside the tiny house, except outside the gate

- Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, close windows and doors when leaving

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.



Important nore:



- Due to the nature of the property, you will hear abundant birdlife and farm animals including roosters. Plus meet our two very friendly dogs Murray and Hazel. - Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
