Modern studio unit located on a quiet lifestyle property, separate to the main house.

Located on the north side of Masterton with easy access to Masterton, Greytown, Carterton, regional vineyards and the Tararua Ranges. Also a short drive to all that the Wairarapa has to offer, 45 mins to Castlepoint and Riversdale, 45 mins to Martinborough and 90 minutes to Wellington.

This modern studio comes equipped with a well appointed kitchenette including a full size fridge, stove top electric oven, microwave and all cooking utensils.

The studio also has separate living and sleeping facilities as well as a sperate bathroom, includes a mains pressure shower, toilet, basin and mirror cabinet.

Comfortable living areas with free WIFI as well as a casual outdoors seating area - smoking permitted outside only.

Quiet sanctuary

This was an ideal getaway for a couple of nights. Had everything needed. Town was only 5 minutes down the road.

Lovely modern studio unit with a separate bedroom and bathroom plus a fully equipped kitchen in a quiet rural area just north of Masterton. Owners had very kindly turned on the small tower heater prior to our arrival but it took a long time for the space to get warm. A better heating system would be recommended. Thank you for having us.

Good home stay, clean, personal space, comfort just missing Smart TV and apps. Laptop and bluetooth speaker must carry.

This unit had everything we needed for a few days. Lovely relaxing couch and full size fridge. The cul de sac location is pretty and quiet. Double bed beside wall may not suit everyone to climb out of and if curtains are open you are in view of street and neighbouring property. Supply of tea coffee and milk was nice.

Nice place but listing is misleading

The property itself is connected to the garage and only about 10 metres away from the hosts family home. We would not have booked if we had known this, and the listing being misleading doesn’t sit well with us - especially given the price! Overall the property was modern, clean and well equipped but not private.

Modern, Very comfortable and relaxing in a beautiful, quiet location. Initially couldn't locate the main switch for stove, but owner easily contacted.
