This lovely duplex apartment is bright and ideally located. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. On the 3rd and 4th floor of a small residence (without lift) at the foot of Pleney, less than 200meters from the slopes and a few steps from Morzine village. Surface 30m² + 16m² under the French Carrez law.
It comprises:
- entrance hall with storage
- living room with open and equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa-bed and balcony wihth stunning view on the resort
- bathroom with WC
- TV lounge upstairs
- bedroom with two single beds (ceiling height 1.80m)
- second bedroom with double bed
Large private car park, ski locker, washing machine, dishwasher, wifi
No bike storage. Bikes forbidden inside the apartment
Sets of bedsheets/towels provided
