Enjoy your next home away from home at The Beach house! This 2700 sq. ft. home has all the comforts plus a great community and location! The first floor has a lovely great room with lots of seating as you watch TV or enjoy the beautiful fireplace which is the focal point in the room. The dining room table seats up to six OR you can expand it for even more seating. The kitchen has a huge granite island that seats 4 at the bar. Stainless steel appliances including a gas stove. Lots of cupboard space for your groceries and has all that you will need to prepare and serve your meals. Outside on the deck, you can enjoy the large patio, table, and cushy chairs, and don't forget the grill for some yummy barbeque. The master has a king bed, tv, and the bathroom is huge with double sinks, a soaking tub, and a step-in shower. Off the master closet, you walk into the laundry room with a full washer and dryer. A half bath just off the double car garage finishes this level. Now let's go upstairs.

The second master has a king bedroom that is very roomy and has a tv and a walkout-covered balcony that you can shade if you like. The master bath is large and has double sinks. The Bunkroom is a kids' dream, 3 sets of Twin over Full bunks, sleeps up to 9, and a TV too. The last bedroom upstairs is lovely and has a queen bed and TV. There is another full bathroom upstairs as well.

Lots of space and accommodation

Great landing pad for hanging out, and staging other day trips. Dining space a little limiting (6 people at the table), so eating in shifts, but kitchen was fully functional. Plenty of beds and private spaces :)

Beautiful home

Wish our stay was longer, so we could have relaxed and enjoyed the home more. It was a beautiful house that we fell in love with. Loved the kitchen and rooms. Everything you needed to cook with was provided including a griddle, cookie sheet, baking dishes, crockpot, and more. Plenty of games and movies also provided. We didn't have time to play games or watch movies, but I liked that the options were available. You can also have a bbq if you would like. Clubhouse is just a 3 min walk and has 2 pools and hot tub which was nice. Bed my husband and I slept in was so comfortable. I usually have a hard time sleeping in any bed other than mine, but not this time. Would stay again if we are in the area and need a place to sleep a big group. Only issue is that there isn't enough couch space if all of our family had come that was suppose to come. Many would have had to sit at the table or on the floor if we were to watch a movie.

Perfect spot for a girls golf weekend.

The property is huge and it was so nice the three of use each had our own bathroom. Close to the golf course and then nice pool to relax by afterwards. Easy check in and out.

The perfect Easter Weekend getaway

My family ranging from a 2 year old niece to my 88 year old grandmother stayed for 4 nights over Easter and enjoyed every thing about this property. The house was the perfect size of us. The kitchen was set up for all the cooking we wanted to do and the pools were awesome! We will defiantly be booking her again.

Spring Break Getaway

The Beach House was an absolute delightful place to stay for our spring break! We had 2 families in the home with a total of 10 people and had plenty of room! It was clean, the wifi was good, the pool was close and the lake was the kid’s favorite place to hang out. We’d definitely stay here again!

Club Softball stay for the Win!

We shared this rental with another family from our daughter's travel softball team. The location was great and the two master bedrooms made this a perfect rental. The neighborhood amenities kept the girls busy and the adults were able to relax in the spacious home. Thank you for a great experience!

Ant problem

We had an Ant problem the entire time we were there which put a damper on our vacation. Also the place was dirty and dirty laundry when we checked in. Overall the place was ok but will not stay there again.
