“Selah by the Sea”

This second row beautiful home, with excellent access to the beach in a quiet location featuring multi-level floor plan, is beautifully furnished and equipped with WIFI, ceiling fans, covered porch, outside shower, and ocean view. Amenities include but are not limited to dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, 55” Smart TV with cable, gas grill with gas provided. ACCOMMODATES 16. Master suite: (1) queen, Bedroom 2: (2) Bunk beds (4 beds total), Bedroom 3: (1) queen, Bedrooms 4 & 5: (2) double beds. Please note that linens are not included. There are several local linen rental agencies in the area. Heaven Scent, Luxury Linens and Angie's Linen Service are three of the most highly recommended options.

Birthday Celebration at OIB

We had an excellent experience while celebrating our Mother’s 70th birthday. The house was exactly as described and fit our family of 12 perfectly! Our favorite parts were the close proximity to the beach access and the fact that each bedroom had an attached bathroom. Plenty of room for us all to spread out and the adults enjoyed spending the mornings drinking coffee on the front deck looking at the ocean. We would definitely return to this location!

Great stay!! Already booked for next year!

House was perfect for our 2 families. Communication with owner was great. Check in was a breeze! Nice layout of house with each bedroom having an en suite bathroom. We had no issues and have already booked for next year!

Fun in the sun at Selah

We had a wonderful time with our family. Enjoyed the easy beach access from the home the bedrooms and bathroom suited all of our needs wonderful place to bring our family together.

Friends getaway!

We were the one older people couple in a big group of college freshmen celebrating before they all go to their different schools! There was plenty of room for everyone with the best location literally across the street from the beach access. We were also in walking distance to coffee, breakfast, mini golf, a lovely farmers market and several really nice restaurants. Quiet, safe and fantastic views! A great few days!

Great Location, Great House

We had a mom's weekend away and had a wonderful time in Ocean Isle. Loved being able to see the ocean from the house and beach access was very close by. House was clean, everything we needed was there and I liked the separation of the bedrooms. we each had our own room & bath. Will definitely stay there again in the future!

Perfect Spot and Great for Family

This place was perfect for our family and had everything you could possibly need. It was clean and comfortable and the location was awesome. Great views, quiet area, and steps away from beach access which was huge with 2 little ones. Would definitely stay again.

Thanksgiving Getaway

WOW! Selling my family on the Brunswick beaches is easy because we own property and are retiring there in a few years. However, with each trip it can be a challenge to find the right spot. Not so with this property. It is exactly as advertised!! The BEST stocked place we’ve stayed. We needed nothing, but food and drink. Would highly recommend!

Golf getaway

Each year a group of us select a house on OIB to gather for several days of golf. This house was just what we needed. A bed for every guest, plenty of bathrooms, a nice kitchen and family room to get together, and really close to the beach (just across the road).

First Timers to OIB

We truly enjoyed our stay and spent most of our days on the beach and relaxation in the evenings. The house location to the beach was perfect and even being 2nd row back you can sit / listen / hear the waves. The local neighbors (across the street and beside us) were so friendly and pleasant. I had a couple great conversations with them. Overall had a wonderful vacation and looking forward to going back to OIB

3 minutes to the beach if you walk slow!

My wife and I and our 8 kids had a blast staying in Ocean Isle Beach. Everyone loved the house, and the beach was so close!

We had an amazing stay! We’ve loved Ocean Isle for years, but struggle finding the best place to meet our family’s needs. This property was perfect. It was very spacious to accommodate multiple adults/children, every bedroom had its own bathroom, and proximity to the beach access was wonderful. Highly recommend this location for your stay. We can’t wait to book again for next year!!

Exceptional!

I do not think I could have been more pleased with this trip and the property. Mike was an amazing host and if I could have given communication a higher rating I would have, he was quick to respond and very helpful. The house itself was amazing for big groups. I loved everything about it and can't wait to return in the future.

We had a great time. The home was very comfortable for four couples. Walk to the beach short and sweet... Kitchen well stocked for cooking and serving.. And plenty of dining options on and off the island.

Teachers On Spring Break

This is the 2nd year back at this house! We love it, great to have so many bedrooms and bathrooms, easy walk to beach, and all the comforts of home! Michael was a great owners, he always responded quickly to our calls, and he even replaced the refrigerator when it broke , within the week! We love this house and location, hopefully we will return next year!

Great House

We had 15 adults, and there was ample space for everyone. The distance to the beach was unbelievably short, and the house provided everything we needed. We cooked dinner both nights we were there and faced no issues with the kitchen. Would definitely recommend, and would totally book again!

Great weekend with family

The owners were very accommodating. The house was a perfect size for our family. Loved that each bedroom had it own bathroom. The location was perfect. So close to the beach.
