House is centrally located to everything, especially to the beach. House is 80 yards to the beach(30 yards to the boardwalk, 50 yards on the boardwalk, you are at the beach).On west end of the island, 6th row house. At night you can hear ocean waves and see so many stars that the sky looks like a canvas. Fishing pier is 50 yards away. Smart home by Google Nest HomeMax. Smart lock with access code for each rental. Pet fee $195/stay UP TO 2 dogs, $100/add'l dog(cerificatons of service dogs are required). ID required. Note- NO LINENS/TOWELS/PAPER GOODS INCLUDED. Overcrowding will be subject to rental termination. MINIMUM 1 week(Saturday to Saturday) booking from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

House has 4 BR, 2BATH&Outside Shower. #-King; #2-Queen&Full; #3-Q&F; #4-F&F. Two work stations, washer&dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemakers, airfryer, pressure cooker, central Heating&Air, five 4K TVs, Google Nest thermometer, WiFi, ceiling fans. Exterior security cameras, screened front porch, beach chairs, carts&mat.

Please be aware that linen & paper goods are NOT provided. Below is a list of reputable linen companies in the area. Order online and they will deliver to the property prior to your arrival&pickup after your departure: 1. Care Linen Service 2. Angie’s Linen Service 3. A&A Beach Linen Service

A great place to be

The house was wonderful, and very clean and well kept when we got there. It was as close to the beach as advertised, and the screened in porch being a great place to congregate. We did have some minor problems with a couple things but Mrs. Ping was always in contact with us and worked to resolve them, very professional in her responses as well!

Wedding Weekend

Wonderful house for our daughter and son-in-law and their wedding party. Great areas to hang out, super close to the beach, nice kitchen and bathrooms. Note that you need to rent or bring all linens (sheets/towels/…) and bring/buy paper products, soap, dish liquid, trash bags, … Great value for this rental. Highly recommend.

House is located close to beach access and there’s plenty of sitting area downstairs. House is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. A beautiful place to stay and very affordable. We have already booked for next year!!!

Great location

Great location with a 2 min walk to the beach. Nice house with a good layout for families. Had an issue with refrigerator not cooling properly but hosts answered our concerns promptly and ordered a new fridge that was delivered as soon as they could get it there.

Easter Weekend

The property was awesome! Very well stocked and we were so happy we could take our dog with us! Easy walk to the beach and lots of activities within a 30 minute drive. We would absolutely stay there again!

Wonderful stay at Sunset Beach!

We had a wonderful time and the house was great! Everything was exactly as pictured and the hosts responded to the few questions we had immediately. The house was beautifully updated, comfortable furnished and close to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked (3 coffee makers - 2 drip and a Keurig!) and the is great! We will definitely stay again! Thanks for a great getaway!

Very nice house in good loaction

House was exactly as described online. Very clean and comfortable. Short walk from the beach. Owners were very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. Beds were comfortable (not too hard and not too soft). Plenty of parking. Overall very nice house, location, and owners.

Great location for large families

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone in the bedrooms and to hang out in the living room. The screen porch and seating under the house were great too. The house was clean and decorated nicely. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking meals. We've been coming to Sunset for over 30 years and this was one of our favorite houses. It was only a short walk to the beach and the stores.

Pleasantly Surprised

I have stayed In VRBOs with family but the was my first time being the primary renter and doing the communicating. Ping was always pleasant and prompt. She never made us feel like we were a bother. This was our first time to Sunset Beach and it surpassed all expectation. Super family friendly and plenty to do during bad weather. The house is between two busier road but the street was fairly quiet and I felt safe with my kids riding scooter back and forth. We can’t wait to go back!

Sunset Spring Break

Nice place convenient to the beach. Sunset Beach is a beautiful place. The negatives were that both of the grills were filthy and ragged out. Both need to be replaced. The propane was empty on that grill and I had to exchange the tanks for $25. I didn't catch on that linens and towels were not provided. I will not make that mistake again. Otherwise, the location was great.

Beautiful but Dirty

The property was very beautiful, well stocked, with only a short walk to the beach. The only problem we encountered was the property was very very dirty and the rugs in the bathrooms were disgusting. I cannot believe that the charged cleaning fee was used to actually clean the property. Another thing that we found strange was the lack of privacy blinds in the property. The three sliding doors facing the street had a blind but they were easy to see through. Two of these rooms were bedrooms with a view of the bathroom. There was no privacy for either of these bedrooms and neighbors could easily view anything happening in the room. We loved the property location and the overall layout but it was extremely dirty and the lack of privacy concerned us.

Beautiful home and fantastic location!!!

This is just a beautiful home to rent! The decor and recent renovations are so nice. Plenty of room in the well organized kitchen and lots of space at the dining table. We enjoyed the family room and especially the roomy porch with tons of seating. Its layout was really good too with 2 jack and jill bathrooms between the bedrooms. The bedrooms were really roomy too with a King in the Master and 2 queens in each of the other 3 bedrooms. The mattress that we used in the King was new and very comfortable. This could not be in a better location - so close to the beach with beach access directly down the street (maybe a 5 house walk?) without the traffic that you'd have on main street. Loved this end of Sunset Beach - close to the pier , Bird Island, and Kindred Spirit mailbox. So convenient! We loved that beach chairs and bicycles were provided. It was so much fun to bike around the whole area and not have to mess with finding and paying for bike rentals. Thank you to the owners of this great rental. They were wonderful to deal with before , during and after our visit to their gorgeous home!

When you step in this house, you know you are at the beach. The interior was custom designed to create a bright and high-quality beach house feel. You can see the beach boardwalk from our house. You can hear waves at night sitting on our screened porch. You can see so many stars like you have never before. When you take a walk around the island, be sure to say hi to island laidback deer, foxes and birds, etc.
